tumblr_nkwxqh9KLR1scm9d0o2_r2_540.jpgBtw, it came out yesterday that there’s been a title change for Jejudo Gatsby. The new title is now a Jeju dialect saying, which translates to “Warm” or something,…. it’s not exactly clear what we’ll be calling it yet.
Also, the article keeps both leads at the final considerations stage for this “healing romance,” hopefully it will be 1000% confirmed this week.
The Drama Formerly Called Jejudo Gatsby will premiere in May.

Kim Woo Bin May Team Up With The Hong Sisters

Via kdramastars 8 hours ago Kim Woo Bin May Team Up With The Hong Sisters

The Hong Sisters have written some of the most popular recent k-dramas, including "The Master"s Sun," "You"re Beautiful," "Greatest Love" and "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho." And they are writing a new drama, tentatively titled "Feeling Good," which at one point had the working title of "Jejudo Gatsby."

The original title might have led viewers to believe that the story would involve a newly rich character like Jay  Gatsby, who appeared in the Scott Fitzgerald novel "The Great Gatsby." Only instead of Long Island"s wealthy North Shore, the Hong Sisters" character would live on Jeju Island. The perfect actor then would be someone tall and handsome like Kim Woo Bin.

And that"s exactly who the Hong Sisters wanted for the leading role. Model-turned-actor Kim Woo Bin has not starred in a drama since the 2013 hit "The Heirs" but he has kept busy shooting films, including "The Technicians" and "Twenty." He even did a cameo in the web series, "Love Cells."

And for the female lead the Hong Sisters are interested in landing actress Kang So Ra. Kang had two hit dramas last year. She had a role in the drama "Doctor Stranger" with Lee Jong Suk and Park Hae Jin. Then she appeared in the cable office drama "Misaeng" with Kang Ha Neul and Im Si Wan. "Misaeng" became an unlikely hit that further boosted the popularity of all its actors.

On March 9, Moon Suk Hwan, CEO of the drama"s production company Born Factory, confirmed the casting choices with the Korean news outlet Newsen. He said that the appearance of Kim Woo Bin and Kang So Ra in the drama could not yet be confirmed.

"There are still many things to discuss between the actor"s agencies and the production team," said Moon.

The production company has also expressed interest in casting actor Lee Sung Jae, who recently appeared in the dramas "Gu Family Book," "The Suspicious Housekeeper" and "The King"s Face."

"It"s true that we"ve made a casting offer to Lee Sung Jae and both the production team and the agency are positively considering this offer," said Moon. "However, his appearance has not been confirmed yet."

The contemporary romance drama is set to begin in May following the MBC drama "Angry Mom," which begins March 18. Park Hong Kyun, who directed the Hong Sisters hit "The Greatest Love," is expected to direct their new drama.
