Lol,  Poor boy, he really is feeling and experiencing that popularity syndrome. His whereabouts are always known. SNS of his fans and non-fans will immediately upload it in their personal accounts so the whole world will know where he is and has gone to. Even outside Korea he is known as the famous actor. Good thing when he is outside of Korea even fans see him,  they give them space and take pics a little far from him.
