Ye, there's a rule in the military that while serving mandatory for security reasons, military personnel must not take part in commercial activities & being active on SNS. At the same time, soldiers/recruits who are serving their national service cannot engage in any profit-making activity, even if they are on leave. In Bogum's case, so many assumed that his agency was posting on his behalf, but that might not be the case at all. According to many fans, Park Bo Gum often used the scheduling function on Twitter even before he enlisted in the military. Moreover, he apparently scheduled his posts to go off at the exact time his current drama aired, making fans believe that Park Bo Gum scheduled these posts for his fans before enlisting in the military.
