博客來 (books.com.tw) released the information about Jasper's upcoming travel photobook.

The book title is 犬貓人 (Dogs and Cats Person)

Scheduled Release Date: July 24th

Jasper is robbing all my money in July!! There's two version for this book, one is the special pack (includes gifts and etc), the other is the regular version.

Translations for Morning call's new re-release of Deep Sleep (一切都沉睡了). This version is darker and more trippy, a lot like Radiohead's style. I've done translations for the song on my blog and you can purchase a copy of the song on itunes now.

Also, the teaser pictures of Jasper's July SPOP cover are here, although all the pictures have probably been shared on this forum already. I just posted them with some old Jasper Marie Claire videos

Jasper is seriously on roll this year. Didn't see this coming! He lands on another CF - Taiwan Beer for their fruity beer series.

Other ambassadors for other Taiwan Beer's series are Mark Chao, Ariel Lin, Vic Chou, Jolin Tsai and etc. That just means a lot, Jasper's popularity in Taiwan is skyrocketing this year..

However... I'm not too fond of their ad though, maybe because it's for fruity series.. it's so cartoonish.. But I guess they're trying to cater to younger target audience, haha

Other than books.com.tw, overseas fans can also buy it on Kingstone, eslite (誠品) and suncolor (the publisher site) as they ship overseas.

Pre order starts July 7th (12AM Taiwan Time), regular edition is published July 17th and the special pack edition will be released on July 24th.
Special pack is very limited so must be fast before it gets sold out. I saw many Jasper's fansites planning to bulk buy the limited edition. It's gonna be a tough competition, gosh.... LOL...

Don't scare ourselves. I think his fanbase is not THAT big to be sold out within minutes (yet), lol.

Most probably the limited gifts may be sold out pretty fast. I'm waiting for books.com.tw to start their order.

EDIT:

Kingstone's international shipping fee is lower than books.com.tw. I bought special pack edition from Kingstone.
~~I'm however thinking whether I should also get the regular edition from books.com.tw since they're giving out poster~~ (with QR code for us to scan and view the BTS video of his trip). Unlike Kingstone, they ship the poster overseas too...

About 200+ copies of the special pack edition is sold on books.com.tw in just 10+min. CRAZY!

Okay, I'm crazy. I got both regular and special edition. LOL...
Because I was drooling over the poster they give out on books.com.tw for the regular edition, there's the QR code to scan..
I guess special pack edition is for me to treasure, and the regular edition is for me to flip without worrying I'll bend the book

Plus, the regular edition comes out earlier - 7/17.. While the special edition comes out later 7/24.. So I'll get the regular edition first then the special edition one week later, hahaha! I feel like a crazy fangirl right now because the last time I was this crazy about a celebrity's merchandise was when I was in secondary school, haha!

Out of curiosity, @c_gunawan541 where are you based, if you don't mind me asking? I'm from Australia, so I'm just thinking about how long it'll take before my book gets to me!

I got my Spop July issue today (7/7), it was shipped to me on 7/5, which means it took 2-3 days to reach to me. I'm in Singapore. The magazine was out in Taiwan in 7/3 but online stores usually get the items 1 day late, so take it that they got the stock in 7/4... So probably 4-5 days after the release date to get to me. (Am I confusing you? LOL).

I'm based in Singapore^^ I think you should get your copy around 2-5 days too.

Other news...Morning Call showed a little performance of their song 'French Films' which is to be re-released. The song airs on radio on the 8th and the music video comes out on the 10th

Just heard the premiere sneak peak of Morning Call's latest single, French Movies (法國片) through HIT FM radio earlier on (they have the web version of player).

I LOVE IT! Jasper's singing improved so much, it almost sounds like it's not him (because *cough* he used to be pretty bad in Pleasantly Surprised when he sang the song for KQ, haha!)I love the new arrangement, slightly jazzy and it fits well with the song. There's some chords/tones that reminds me of a song by Kings of Convenience (must be because of the guitar arrangement) but I really love it!! I guess his vocal training paid off, even though his voice is slightly lower in volume as compared to Sui Ling's but they harmonized well and he blended in perfectly.

Can't wait for July 10th!
