@HKong...Yeah, Jasper moved pretty quickly! Yeah, I watched George Hu climb the ranks...he probably started acting when I started watching dramas back in high school. He was a really minimal side character for a long time (He always played Wu Zhun's little brother...and then the uncool second guy)...but then again, he has a similar background to me - born in a western country and grew up speaking a lot of English, so I imagine it'd be tough learning the language. 
Perhaps it also helps that Jasper was a model first and also a muscian. I find it funny that he doesn't like to sing (He once said in a Pleasantly Surprised BTS that although he's in a band (Morning Call)...he never opens his mouth when they have a concert! So he was nervous when he had to sing to KQ) but he seems ok with dancing for fun. He's also interested in art. So talented!

@c_gunawan541 - it's funny that you can find that photoshoot of Jasper and Annie Chen. I've seen a lot of that set of photos and almost all has George Hu's face photoshoped onto Jasper's body.

Watching the trailers it looks like "Second Chance" is the more promising movie out the his 2 recent movies. Since the US doesn't show Taiwan movies I'll have to wait for the DVD to come out. 
A 2012 article about Jasper from Marie Claire. It talks about 10 tidbits about him.

My Chinese is a bit rusty but this is what I understand from the article. He likes to go home right after work. He's afraid of people recognizing him on the metro and in public. 「簡單」─我的生活很簡單，學生時代就是學校和家裡兩點一線，現在進了演藝圈還是一樣，收工就回家。雖然這一行有很多好處和誘惑，但我是很怕八卦的人，生日也只會邀請朋友來家裡烤肉，也可以說是有點宅啦。

「空白」─我喜歡讓自己歸零。因為總是想太多，所以很多時候選擇放空，才不會延伸太多煩惱。

「捲毛」─我天生有點自然捲，學生時代會被笑是Q毛，現在的捲度是有再燙過的，不過好像已經成為我的個人招牌了。

2.最近在忙些什麼呢？
最近在忙電視劇《沒有名字的甜點店》，這回挑大樑與張榕容演對手戲真的很緊張，遇到不少挫折，以及還有樂團輕晨電的活動。除此之外，最近很認真在學日文，希望可以早日擺脫只會五十音的窘境。

3.你私底下跟螢光幕上一樣陽光嗎？還是有著不為人知的一面？
我是很兩極的人，遇到好聊的對象就跟人來瘋一樣，但是遇到陌生人會很害羞，尤其是遇到主動示好的女生…，我會不知道怎麼應對，通常是拔腿就跑。

4.你最恐懼的事情是？
最近去台中的二手市集「假日狂潮」找朋友，一到那邊就遇到很多人要跟我合照，讓我很緊張。我還是沒有很習慣公眾人物的身分，在搭捷運的時候，也時常會遇到有人指指點點。不過我發現只要把捲毛藏起來，就不會被認出來了。

5.你喜歡女生的類型是？
可能是有點森林系的感覺吧，簡單可愛，不喜歡心機很重的女生，最好跟我一樣喜歡旅行。

6.如果可以去一個城市長住一個月，你會選擇哪裡？為什麼？
我會選擇日本，畢竟從小就是看日本綜藝節目、日劇和漫畫（火影忍者、獵人和海賊王）長大的。我想如果能在日本騎腳踏車一定很開心。

7.你覺得自己最迷人的地方是？
嗯…（想很久）…嗯…，自己來說真的很不好意思耶，不過應該是酒窩吧，因為很多人都會說，哇你的酒窩好深喔，好羨慕。

8.如果要用一個卡通人物代表自己，你會選擇？
我就是大雄的化身啊！我的房間是塌塌米，常常會躺在上面看書，看一看就睡著了，加上我不太會念書，真的跟大雄很像。

9.平時的興趣是？
我喜歡彈吉他和聽音樂，喜歡 Travis、Simple Plan 和 Maximilian Hecker，對我而言，只要戴上耳機就能稍微逃離當下。然後因為爸爸的潛移默化，我也很喜歡運動，尤其是衝浪和潛水，小時候我和家人幾乎每個禮拜都會去北海岸。

10.可以跟我們分享一個你不為人知的小秘密嗎？
嗯…我在家都會全裸耶，因為跟家人感情很好，所以爸媽也都不以為意，見怪不怪，全裸讓我很自在。
