Yes, it's HP day, but why is the HP thread so quiet? Does it seem to you that people are not as interested in the second season as the first?

the wintergarden ship has set sail.. and we are all very confident that they will sail smoothly to the end of horizon.. lol

as for the rest, next most potential to-set-sail ship is IJ-SH i guess?

oh wait ,it's not a romance drama! haha

so i guess we all need more heartwarming patient stories!!

@Wuzetian the dark hokkien mee in your pic, is more from the zichar stalls.. the white ones, usually sell hokkien mee on its own..

as for bak kut teh.. there's 2 types.. the herbal ones, and the peppery ones... i think there are more franchised for the peppery ones, although i prefer the herbal ones!

Spoiler

pepper ones like Song Fa or Old Street franchise restaurants:-

Food pix from both of you making me super HUNGRY now!

@sadthe1st @Thong Thin

@sadthe1st But we also have specialized stalls or restaurants that just sell Hokkien Mee so it's not just ZiChar...And of course it must be loaded with lots of lard for the fragrance!

@Thong Thin Can still recognise him la...His features wont really run especially his voice! Haha only thing he was very thin in the movie...

@MayanEcho Few pages back you mentioned some BGM were haunting you so you didnt want to watch the movie. Why was that? As in eerie BGM?

My family recommended this movie...And I think it is a MUST watch!!! Anyone has seen this? Hoping to have time to squeeze this...This week is very hectic for me...

I watched this movie and loved it. Interesting thing is, I checked out online, and the war shown was kinda true historically. The fight was between 13 Ships on Joseon side against 100+ Japanese war ships (300+ total number of ships). I enjoyed watching this movie a lot :piggydance:
