@Wuzetian that one is MILD, not milo
@sadthe1st prefers the red bottle one (full fat).   I went yesterday to buy - it ran out of stock, so got the HALF one instead.  Do not want to take the mild one.

@sadthe1st your Yam taro cake pic looks very interesting!
I love yam cake, who doesn't @Wuzetian

Mom knows how to make, but a lot of work.   Sometimes it turn out okay, sometimes no.  So she is not so keen.  But when I go buy outside, it is more FLOUR than the yam itself.    Right @Thong Thin ?   Plus the sweet dark and chilli sauces must be just nice.

By the way, I didn't know that @Lmangla chingu had short hair. I kept my hair short for myself in my teens. But then I got annoyed and gave up keeping my hair short! I love long haired unnies in K-dramas as well!

Ya can understand especially taking away soupy foods. I just bring my big tumbler for soups and ask them to pour everything in including noodles if I'm eating right away after getting home.

No not tried the Taiwanese version. Maybe some day. Have you tried the stinking tofu? Yday passed a food truck but food operator said better to be eaten with chilli. So I just left without buying if eating itself wont taste good.

@Min2206 @Thong Thin Hard to get good stuff with real yam cubes inside.

@Min2206 Didnt see it was a D instead of an O. Mild as in not so strong in flavour?

Seems that to make a very good yam cake, it lies soley on the yam.

Outside those seller, they put in lots of flour which i find makes the dish more rubbery and you

dont get to taste the cube yam.

And off course must have good chilly to go with it.

YES, i could not believe it when i read again with my own eyes.

I might have a hard time to think what to cook, but I am sure you would

have ample time to think about good names for your children during the pregnancy

period.

Thanks, I love tea w/o sugar and milk.

Oh !.. i too have short hair, easy to managed and maintained.

The only time I kept long hair is during my wedding time.

And I cut back to short hair immediately the next day !:D

noodles soup is a pain.. soaked inside the soup too long, soggy.. if packed separately, but got home to a whole lump of noodle ball..

can't believe it. in some countries, govts don't accept silly names for children as they see it as cruelty. it makes sense though. imagine going to school and when someone asks your name, how the other children will react. then as you grow into adulthood and go for jobs. won't folks reject your application thinking it is spam? such a nightmare for those kids....

names are kind of special and often have deep meanings. reflects the hopes and wishes of a parent for a child. so I find it very strange when some parents randomly pick names with no meaning or just make up stuff.

I think vermicelli and rat tail noodle is not too bad. Can still separate them unless its kuey teow then totally a ball! I'm missing beef teppanyaki too but really not suitable to pack at all. So will wait till the next round for dine ins. All of the versions of stinking tofu here that I saw served with chili leaving me with no option. So guess I'll need to fly to Taiwan some day.

@Lmangla @kokodus @4evrkdrama @gm4queen Saw the news on Kareena Kapoor boycott. Is it fair for her or she shouldnt demand her professional fees at all?
