@sadthe1st, ohhh..................that pineapple bun you posted...........yummy! I feel hungry right now. This is popular in Hong Kong where it originates and also common in Chinatowns worldwide. The 1st time I tasted this in HK, I thought all

 

along it contains pineapple inside. But, I love it since the bun is soft and slightly sweet.

Yes, i am eating well ( i get hungry every 2 hours ) and i think i put on weight 

 

Anyway, i have to get my body  heal first then only think about dieting.

 

Yes, situation is not good, depressing news everyday, sigh !
