@kokodus Perhaps my gut is not used to too much ghee especially for the 1st time. Maybe I try little by little but I need to add flavouring like salt or something as I prefer stronger taste.

@cenching Hello nice to meet you!

@Min2206 The moringa drumsticks/leaves are not sold everywhere especially in our major supermarkets like Jaya or Village Grocer...Only in places where there is demand...Eg Brickfields every shop by the road side sells this...We still call it moringa here. I dont remember if there's another english name to it unless the tamil name. If you have time, good to walk around Brickfields...I love my mini feasting trip there. Briyani is so good! Oh dont miss the masala tea on bicycle too! Good tea for just RM1! Opposite the Post Office.

If you have a neighbour who have this tree, try asking for the leaves. They grow extremely fast and gardeners always have to prune it. So you can have the extras. If not available can buy the powder form to consume everyday. It is considered a superfood! Refer to the chart below.

@Thong Thin Sorry last night after tagging you happy hols only I remembered that the specialists will not be around. I tried to send you a telepathic message unfortunately I cant yet...But I see it as a blessing in disguise. I suggest that you go to a normal GP to get referral letter. Because just in case (I mean touch wood) there needs to be a hospitalization after the scan results, then it is claimable either by your company's insurance or personal. Pre hospitalization and post hospitalization costs will be covered. Insurance companies will not pay for screening tests that is done by themselves without Dr's recommendation. There were too much abuse of such cases in the past when Dr and patients scammed insurance companies up to millions of RM.

@sadthe1st Still will be working today clearing backlog work. But at least I have time to watch my drama maybe 1 episode

Thank you for the info.  Hardly go Brickfields.   Now that I know how it's look like, will check out Indian neighbours who might plant.  I do see neem trees around.

My Indian neighbour brought me and mum for a foodie trip last year. Good one coz you see many things sold there not in the major marts...An eye opener...

My pumpkin drink is those from the nutritious beverage tin. I have never tried making pumpkin barley. But I do know cutting up a pumpkin requires a lot of strength

I updated the scoreboard - not sure if @Lmangla did it already

kekeke.... no I didn't. it has been a crazy few days and yesterday had no time to log into soompi. ^_^

@agenth ~ lot of our EO brainstorming really does happen in a funny way like @partyon described. kekeke... even @Sleepy Owl has gotten the hang of our random brainwave sessions. :D

@Wuzetian ~ I have heard of the moringa leaves being boiled as tea and I won't be surprised if the flowers are also. there is all sorts of medicinal qualities in natural plants. yesterday, we learnt something new from our temp driver. since we were out and about, he recommended that we do inhalation with turmeric powder. mom usually does it with eucalyptus oil but that can be a little difficult (when you don't have clogged nose or anything). inhalation with turmeric powder for normal days was lot easier to inhale and it does feel good and refreshed. plus keeps you healthy! so chingus, you can try that too!

good morning to all!

@Lmangla, yes, it is healthy and natural  who think about their well-being. But, you need to use fresh leaves. I drink boiled moringa leaves since I'm not fond of teas. In one study that I read, moringa lowered cholesterol and reduced the formation of plaque in arteries, which the latter is my body problem. My doctor says that I have mid-lower extremities artery disease, so, I drink this everyday. And I usually tossed it into my food.  In fact, they say that Moringa tea is better than green tea. There are

many diseases Moringa can cure.     :hypehype:

@Sleepy Owl  the first game are played.  City is going to go the final.  They were really strong in the second half.  All thought I still hope the win for PSG but they have to make lot of goals.  The Chelsea and Real game that is going to thought one. Chelsea was much better.  Well next week we will know which two teams are in the final.

This is interesting. Literally spread the turmeric powder on a surface and just inhale them?

Actually the hospitals are open just that there are no specialists around on public holidays to see patients...Except for those on call, ward rounds or for operations...

It's not that sweet. There are many other ingredients together to make a complete nutritious drink especially with all different food colours.

hahahha... no I meant steam inhalation. we usually do eucalyptus oil in hot water. so instead, we tried turmeric powder. (boil water and then add a few spoons of turmeric and then do steam inhalation). turmeric is known as a natural cleansing agent. so we clean raw meat in turmeric water. so similar concept for us humans I guess with steam inhalation.
