I experimented and made ginger almond cookies for my first time today. 

 

Ingredients I used:

—2 cup almond Flour

— 1 teaspoon grounded ginger powder 

— 1/4 tea spoon cinnamon powder 

—1/4 tea spoon nutmeg powder

—3 table spoon coconut oil 

—1 tablespoon flax seed (mix with water 2-3tbs) 

— 2 table spoon of arrow root

— 1/2 cup maple syrup 

— 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract 

— 1/4 tea spoon of salt 

—three tablespoon water 

 

so vegan & gluten free
