@pompyavi, @Ameera Ali the English Title of the Lipstick drama is much better, it is "She Would Never Know". Still knowing the Korean Title, I don't really think I will try it out

The different is like sky and ocean. How can both the titles refer to the same drama? Is he trying to tell her something.. like why he doesn't want her to put that lipstick and he is not able to.. so she would never know.

That title could be used for a Psychological Thriller too 

The Korean Title is actually the same as the Novel the drama is based on.
