That's once a year, and costs around 10-15USD per shot at private clinic/hospital, including the check up before vaccination. 

 

Though I haven't had flu for over 10 years now, I also started to get the shots from 3 years ago. Fortunately it was good for me and the fam, since not everyone responds OK with flu vaccine. The fam haven't had flu ever since vaccinating, which makes it worth the body ache and sleeping at one side for some days.

 

We weren't really taking it seriously until the kids contracted flu from school, and there's shortage of Tamiflu for children. Even the hospital pharmacy didn't have? The hassle of breaking the Tamiflu adult capsules, then mixing and measuring the appropriate dosage for kids every time for a week to take the med was just too much.

One needs patience to bake this cake, and is time consuming on the part where you need to pour in the batter,bake, and pour again.  This part is tricky in the sense that if the baked part is not perfect,the whole cake will not turn out good.
