Now since I missed most of the convo here, I am a coffee person who does settle for strong black tea too when there is no coffee. Wanted to try Boba tea or bubble tea or whatever it is called, but my cousin told me it is usually sweet. The thing I hate more than having milk in my coffee/tea is it being sweet. So it became an instant "No" for me.

 

@mirmz you seemed to be CUTE when I used to read your comments on this thread, but well I hardly call anyone cute, so don't worry, I'll not be calling you cute. 

 

@Jillia I guess you were the one who likes cold coffee, right (I am too lazy to check it again), but the only coffee I love having milk and be a little sweet is cold coffee. So you are not alone in loving cold coffee, but iced tea is a big No for me, tried it, hated it.

Noona, I can literally code for hours and not get tired, speaking to client too I don't think would be that tiring, but listening to the discussion, where you don't know what to do to, only listen to them for hours, is the most tiring thing I guess .

And the girl will have watched this the entire time, screaming in horror. Instead of calling 119, she'll just watch and cry. But it's okay. Cuz the next day the guy will be fine with a few random bandages and a few face scars. But never a black eye.

50) If you study in the states (preferably Harvard), you are one of the top students and can speak perfect English (as assumed by the reactions of those around you). Why the rest of the world OUTSIDE of the TV can't understand a single word uttered out of your melodramatic mouth is beyond me.

Hi @partyon! Yeah I love that post! It's really hilarious now that we think about it cos these scenes are still being played out in K-dramas now. In the K-dramas of the past, you may often find the females leads contracting cancer but nowadays, I noticed there is a slight shift now towards having the supporting cast, usually one of their parents or grandparents contracting this disease instead. Lately, they would have the female leads suffering from malnutrition instead. It makes you wonder why someone who is as young as the female lead and living in this modern age in S. Korea will suffer from such an illness?! Oh yeah, you're most likely able to find the oh-so common scene of time jump in almost every K-drama.

....  with Nasi lemak - a Malay cuisine dish consisting of fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf - comes with a hot spicy sauce, fresh cucumber slices, tiny fried anchovies, roasted peanuts, and sliced hardboiled or fried egg.   
.... or half or hard boiled eggs
.... or steamed / toast bread with butter and kaya

.... or dumpling (blurrish bamboo container) at background
.... or all of the above.
