the 1st time I saw snow was in Korea .

My first time seeing snow was in Beijing.  As someone growing up in the sub-tropical SE Asian weather that is a rare sight.

Tbh, since I am new here, I have no idea where most of you are from. :) So, here is the topic - where are you from? :D (I told you I am a simple woman.)

I remembered there's a lot of people in this thread from Malaysia.

@angelangie entered around September for Sohn the guest. At that point was contemplating like should I abandon this account? Since my drama ended, like what is the used of the account anymore?

Then stumbled upon adds after and never left adds ever since. :)

I am glad I stumbled on +/- too! Lock-down life would have been so much more boring.

If y’all are okay, let me ask y’all

“Why did you sign up for soompi? And how did you find out about soompi?”

And anyone who wants to answer :)

Saw this post during my jump back reading for 5 pages or so.

Signed up for soompi, because of drama Five Children. I like that drama but sadly my real life friend didn't particularly like weekend drama and I have no one to discuss or spazz about it. So I signed up to join a discussion, but I ended up doing translations and recaps. :D I felt happy to do it because I can practice my English and use my limited knowledge in Korean. And up until now mostly I joined discussion in thread by sharing translations and occasionally my opinions. Among the posters in FC thread, some that I remembered are @Lmangla and @stroppyse  ^_^

Found out about soompi around year 2008? Or 2009? When I was quite hype with kpop and looking for news update with English translations.

Upon entering adds, I started to realised that adds not just move because of the pages, but it moves because there are new batches of members coming in to join us, while replacing older batches, so it requires sometime to get use to them :)

waiting for my acupuncture appointment...

I wonder if SG allows licensed physiotherapists to adminstrator accupuncture on patients... cos it's recently became legal for them to do so in my city.

Yep, you have got to be licensed properly. There is a medical board, and there's also an academic department in one of our universities.

Not sure about physios though.

Edit: I googled and there are clinics offering both!
