Yes. I have to be really careful with them because they do taste like cake. There's another version that tastes like German Chocolate cake but I don't like it as much.

Chocolate liquer is a bit iffy for me too. But I do like a coffee stout. It's weird how well that goes together.

try ntuc finest, they usually have quite a good selection of kooksoondang makgeolli

I will look out! The Finest near me is quite a small one. But I will be heading there next week so I will check out what they have. Recently realised my neighbourhood provision shop has the fruit soju so I was going to buy it soon when I finish my bottle of vodka orient apple (do not recommend). :phew:

i was supposed to go Japan later this year.. but i guess its gonna be postponed for 1year or so.. i missed TW too, that's like my second hometown.

i'll glad the japanese and korean food marts are rather established here in singapore! but i have problems getting those sun biscuits and foodstuffs from tw due to super short shelf life...

I had no travel plans set for this year so it didn't feel like I missing out. Still though. Yeah, thank goodness we have so many now. I just made a big order on Shopee for Korean instant noodles. Yum! I got the bibim dry instant noodles because I was really missing that.
