@triplem South Dakota too far north to be Mid US. It'd have to be Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Illinois, Ohio. 

 

Inside the person = Tornado Alley Map. It's shaped like a person. Lol. That rules out New Mexico, Illinois, and Ohio. 

 

I'm still sticking with my Dorothy guess.  Even when it's wrong. =p

@mirmzI actually ruled out Iowa when you said inside the person because the map I was looking at only had a tiny sliver of Iowa in the red zone.
