OH wow, your friend and your aunt can relate to me  Your aunt can’t have garlic?, ah poor her   I like to use garlic to season many of my dishes.

 

If I were to choose to live a vegan lifestyle, I think it would make it worse for me because I would lack so much nutrition. Lots of vegans would use tofu and beans as substitute for meat but I can’t eat tofu (soy) and beans
