@irilight, thanks for the trailer.  I cannot remember the acronym for SARFT but it is similar to censorship board.  There are censorship rules for every country.  It is not historical dramas they are discouraging it is ancient costume dramas.  It is not politics.  It is just the censorship board of trying to tweak the drama market or direction, I guess?  Otherwise all you see coming out of China are ancient costume dramas.

This is an old vid taken during the launch of the shooting of the drama.  The lady with short hair is Director, Karen Tsoi.  The gentleman with white hair is Li Guoli, the producer.  Shi Shi looks so sweet here.  Wallace has to put on weight for this drama since he's a (well fed) Emperor.  :D

@BellyButton, Thank you for answering my questions always... This time about SARFT.   Thank you for info. about the press conferences, the new trailer, and all the beautiful photos;  Thank you for the videos, and always giving us more information about them.

I love esp. their photos with the lanterns, and feeding each other... Beyond cute.

Today is also a special day for us, since Viki's channel has now over 1,000 followers   smilie_feu_artifice.gif

Oh wow... the two dolls which I posted above are handmade from porcelain!  I thought they are plastic dolls.  I want one set too!!  Will be nice to win a set for the New Year.
