Thanks for all the pictures posted! Man, that Marie Claire photoshoot is so...(I have an urge to say...) swanky. ahah. I know that word is hella old but it just seems fitting right now. XD

OMFG! tam you've just officially killed me for the day with those GD clapping and waving gifs!!!!

i know many ppl have been sayin how GD looks out of it/grumpy etc. in that raffles draw vid, and i agree...i mean i'd even go as far as to point out...

did anyone see how the box was pretty much falling apart and GD was covering the hole with his hands, but then DS's enthusiasm made some of the pieces of paper fall out anyway - resulting in GD getting annoyed, responding with a "YAH!". and notice how immediately after GD said YAH, all the members fell silent, and DS mumbled a "sorry" in japanese. TOP then did that doraemon thing to ease the tension..

BUT anyway, my main point is that GD can do absolutely no wrong in my book.

i know i know he's my weakness...

seriously all his cuteness i.e. his clapping & head-shaking combo - evidence provided by the wonderful tam - makes me forgive him way too quickly lol

^Mmmhmm. I noticed that part too...it even shut me up...ahaha. =X Poor GD..yeah must be feeling blue or something lately. ;_; Actually, I think if I were Daesung I'd be so confused when it's okay or not to act silly in interviews..LOL. I mean, we've seen how Daesung tries to be focused and answer questions all nicely but then it's those times where GD feels playful and silly and messes with his shirt or something and just ruins Dae's focus and makes him act silly too..lol. So..lol..it's just funny how when GD feels hyper he wants everyone to be all hyper crazy crack and then when he's not in the mood it's like..ehh..walking on egg shells...xP...though glad the rest minus YB were still hyper/silly/playful..ahah..but if they woke up GD to do that interview then I understand..ahah. Either way, love when they are silly..but then again..it's kinda hot when GD 'pulls rank' ..LOL.. and then you still see that he can still keep them in line.^^;

BIG BANG will be gracing the pages of Marie Claire’s March issue.

The members of the popular group were photographed like professional models wearing luxury clothes in a shoot that had a free concept. Their pictures were praised for they were able to channel explosive charisma through the camera and make one feel the music.

On the other hand, BIG BANG, aside from doing group activities, is also busy with solo projects. T.O.P. is continuing his acting venture while Taeyang is getting ready for his solo album, which will be out in April, and G-dragon made a new song that will be released soon.

BIG BANG, “B-SCHOOL” set

Published February 20, 2008

YG Entertainment has come up with official characters for BIG BANG called “Bangs” and have incorporated them in 8 different school supplies like stickers and notebooks included in a “B-SCHOOL” set, which was opened to the public on February 19. The characters have actually been printed on various goods like shirts and stationery that were sold during BIG BANG’s concert in December 2007.

“We employed a character designer to develop the Bangs characters that have similar features with BIG BANG. New names were also given to each character. The characters were done to be closer to fans. We plan to use the characters in other products,” YG Entertainment said.

The names of the characters are Tabi (T.O.P.), Tori (Seungri), Ssongi (Daesung), Bebe (Taeyang), and Jingyo (G-dragon) (L-R of picture above).

Random, but I just noticed something when watching the Docu again (well I was watching the parody YGnexttopidol thing..lol)..remember how one of Big Bang's names before their debut was suppose to be 'Diamond' or 'Stomp' or 'Apex'?...well in the first episode or whichever where they were all putting together their beatboxing..you can hear TOP say 'Diamonds' he's like "Say what~ It's the DIAMONDS, yeaaaaahhh~" XD I just thought it was so..weird. Like, what if they really went with that group name...we'd be like DIAMONDS IS VIP?! 'I LOVE DIAMOND!" XD Okay..so glad they didn't pick that..because right now it just sounds off..but I guess compared to 'Big Bang'..'Diamond' sounds slightly more..normal..haha.

Big Bang's "Always" has been number one on the chart for two weeks straights for the 7th week (days 9-15) and the 8th week (days 16-22). They have already topped the chart before with "Dirty Cash" and "Lie". Just five months after Big Bang released their first single in Thailand in September, they managed to top the chart and thus set a new record.

According to YG Entertainment, "Always" was a title song of Big Bang's 1st minialbum along with "Lie". However, because there was no other promotion for this song other than being aired on radios and performed on stage in Korea, they did not expect this kind of result.

Having successfully promoted in Japan, Big Bang will hold a concert at Dokyo's JCB Hall on March 28th and 29th.

CONGRATS to the guys then.Ya,i have to agree that even with very few promotions for 'Always' they still get topped in the chart.I guess its just a matter oof time that 'last farewell' will be up~since its the song that they promoted the most & win awards with other than 'lies'.all the best then & thans for sharing.

^I don't know exactly when those were actually 'taken' but I do know that only recently..(maybe like yesterday?) is when they were first up on his sister's clothing site...so pretty new-ish in terms of..online..lol. 7. When they are in the car together, they normally listen to..dun dun dun..themselves! lol. I forgot where they said that..but it definitely stood out in my mind when they admitted that they can listen to themselves in the car. haha. 8. That song is 'Lies'! It was originally written just for GD's solo song but they ended up using it for the group.^^

It'll be kinda awkward to have a group name like that or maybe because the fact that we are really used to calling them Big Bang.
