"Big Man" takes over the KBS2 Mon & Tue 21:55 time slot previously occupied by "Beyond the Clouds".

Kim Ji-Hyeok (Kang Ji-Hwan) doesn't have parents and goes through a tough life. He then meets Dal-Sook who runs a small restaurant at a traditional market. Kim Ji-Hyeok follows her like his mother and settles down at the traditional market. He works hard to open up his own store within the traditional market.
Suddenly, Kim Ji-Hyeok becomes a hidden son from a family that owns Korea's top company Hyunsung. He realizes though that there are impure intentions. Since that moment, Kim Ji-Hyeok takes revenge upon the people at the Hyunsung company. He becomes romantically involved with a woman named So Mi-Ra who he meets at the most important time in his life. (Asianwiki)

There is a world only for the rich and privileged.
There, the laws and principles are different from a normal society.

Money and power let a woman, who is sentenced to life, stay in a VIP ward instead of prison and so many evils are sent back to their normal lives with impunity.
‘Unknown World’ exists in the world where we live.
In this corrupted world, people needed a superman.

This superman is not your typical superman. He does not fly or defeats evil spirits with superpower. Rather he is born as an orphan and has lived a life of being treated with contempt. He has no family or educational background. Although he seems like nothing much, he is relatable.

Then, he meets a woman.
She came to kill him but he falls in love with her.
She brings out a real superhero in him.
Then the miracles start to happen. (KBS World)

Choi Daniel has been cast in an upcoming KBS drama Big Man (Tentative).

The actor will be taking the role of Kang Dong Suk, the only son of the CEO of Hyun Sung Group, one of the most successful businesses in Korea. Kang Dong Suk is a two-faced character who is a gentle elite on one side but someone who doesn’t hesitate to do anything, including committing crimes, for the sake of his success.

Kang Dong Suk will be facing off with Kim Ji Hyuk (Kang Ji Hwan) in a fierce competition when his company falls into a desperate situation.

An affiliate of Kim Jong Hak Production, the drama production company, “The role of Kang Dong Suk requires one to have lots of charisma and double character. We think that Choi Daniel, who has challenged himself to take many different roles and has built his acting experience, is best suited for the role.”

Daniel Choi was seen in the 2012 SBS drama, "Phantom" and the 2013 KBS2TV drama, "School 2013" where he showed a spectrum of various roles.

Daniel Choi's character, Kang Dong Seok, may seem friendly and a gentleman but he does not hesitate to get involved in corruption and fraud..a dual character.
