GHS tweeted this picture yesterday. Caption was "2014.04"

I'm not sure what message she was trying to convey. But cheerkoo pointed out in GHS' thread that it was the month AE started and it seemed like she was wearing SW's trench coat. :)  A part of me thinks she misses being SW.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone here seen the Korean movie "The Classic? (2003)?" I am asking b/c I was reading about that movie on Wikipedia, and they said that there is a scene in the movie in which one of the male leads protects the female lead from the rain by "using his coat to cover both of them and escorts her to where she needs to go." That reminded me of one of the posters of AE, where PDJ has his jacket above his and YSW's heads, and he is protecting both of them from the rain.

If anyone here has seen that movie, I was wondering if the scene (the execution of it) looked like the one for AE (the poster, and the shooting of said poster). I was just curious about that. Also, I read that "Sonagi," (aka Rain Shower, AND a Korean short story written by Korean writer Hwang Sun-won) was the inspiration for that scene. Any thoughts on what I wrote would be great!

@amvondo Annyeong! I've seen The Classic; it's one of my most favorite k-movies. For me, the over all feel/execution was different. There was awkwardness between the lead couple because they weren't in a relationship yet when they ran in the rain together. It's a memorable scene nonetheless because he purposely left his umbrella so he could run with her with only his jacket as their protection. :)

I have another question of the day:

In ep. 9, when YSW has the accident, and she falls from that tall building, PDJ and Dr. Kang rush to her side. She ends up talking with Dr. Kang, and she asks him (for them) to let the parents know that they are over. Dr. Kang doesn't want too, and after she tells him that she is in love with someone else, he agrees. However, Dr. Kang also says that "telling the parents is not hard. But before that, we have to come to a conclusion. I am still trying to figure this out, so don't be too hasty." (this was viki's translation, by the way).

So my questions are (and I could be confused b/c of the translation. Sometimes, some things are lost in translation, and there is not much we can do about that):

1--What is the conclusion Dr. Kang is alluding to? YSW has told him (and indicated to him) that she would like to break up, a few times, by the time this scene takes place. Was it b/c he was still processing the fact that PDJ was the one she loved (and he never knew who PDJ was)?

2--Is it b/c Dr. Kang feels that he needs more time to let go of YSW and accept that it is over between them? (In which case, he is expecting YSW to continue to pretend that she loves him and that they are still together, especially in front of the parents)? Remember that Dr. Kang adds, "so don't be too hasty?" Was YSW being too hasty? (I didn't really think so, but maybe to Dr. Kang, since he was sincerely there by YSW's side for the last 12 or 10 years or so, it is understandable that she should give him some time (to let her go)?"

3--Along the same lines of my two other questions: what is Dr. Kang trying to figure out, really?

Thank you (in advance) for any thoughts on my questions :-)

@amvondo For me, JW was just trying to delay the inevitable. He was in a state of denial and he knew that by telling their parents, it would make their break up real and official. SW was crystal clear with her reason for breaking up. She may not have revealed that Dylan was the reason specifically, but she was very frank in saying that someone else has been occupying the front seat in her heart. So I really think, he wasn't trying to figure out anything, he just couldn't face the reality right away.

@amvondo You're welcome :)

Lsy doesnt smoke. Add that to the list of why he's so perfect! There are pics from previous photo shoots with him smoking but that was just acting.

I haven't seen nor read an interview of Kjs but judging from the color of his upper lip, I think he's a smoker. I immediately notice its discoloration.

Most Korean men smoke (and heavy drinkers too) thats why it always fascinates me when I find someone who isn't. Among all the men celebrities I like in the k-ent industry, only 2 doesn't smoke - Lsy and Junsu of JYJ. :)

@amvondo I read it in an interview. And it was confirmed by his fans too. Lsy is leading quite a healthy lifestyle which makes him more dreamy. :x

I think South koreans are the heaviest smokers in Asia. The percentage of women smokers are very low though compared to men. I dont know any female k-celeb who does.

OT - JS does not smoke nor drink. YC and JJ do. Really worried for YC because he has asthma yet he still smokes and can even down 15 bottles of soju in 1 drinking session. Hehe! Im a big fan of jyj and I love them dearly but i hope yc and jj slow down on their drinking/smoking as they get older.
