Thank you @kjmcth for starting this thread - hope the beginning of Season 3 will bring lots of good luck and of course, a hike in rating will be an awesome treat to fans of 1D2N. 
Kind of disappointed that LJK is not included but all the same, I wholeheartedly welcome Kim Jun-ho aboard - he is one of the most reliable and experienced artists in variety show. KBS is going to the same route of casting KJH - he was roped in together with Joo Sang-wook in "Qualification of Men" in salvaging the low-rating show. Anyway, I trust that he will bring in lots of laughter to the set.  Can't wait to see how these actors, singers and a comedian interact in the 1st episode of Season 3.

it was also revealed that the original cast members who remained, Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jong Min, would start filming a day earlier than the new members.


Producer Yoo Ho Jin informed media outlet Newsen, "Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jong Min will start filming on November 21, one day before the new members film for the first time on November 22 . . . The two of them decided they would come to the set during their comfortable time after completing their schedule . . . They will both end up filming for two nights and three days in the race to season three's first broadcast."

‘1 Night 2 Days' (or '1N2D’) has finally confirmed the new line up for season 3 of the show! Jung Joon Young, Defconn, Kim Joo Hyuk, and Kim Joon Ho are the new members joining the existing members Kim Jong Min and Cha Tae Hyun.

Although it was rumored at the last second that actor Lee Jun Ki may be the last member joining the bunch, the actor’s agency shot down the speculations, commenting, “Although it is true that we thankfully received a casting offer from KBS, the staff carefully reviewed it… But [Lee Jun Ki] already has a fan meeting and other schedules line up and more than anything else, his will to focus on acting as the actor Lee Jun Ki is strong. We decided that this may conflict with his acting activities so we respectfully rejected the offer.

It was further confirmed to be not true when KBS announced the final line up just recently through their homepage, revealing, "Kim Joo Hyuk, Kim Joon Ho, Defconn, and Jung Joon Young have joined ‘1N2D’ season 3… The 6 members, including the existing members Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Jong Min, will start off a new story together… These 6 have started filming today (22nd) at Gangwondo with Yoo Ho Jin PD."

The new season of ‘1N2D’ will air on December 1!

I have my misgivings about Kim Jun Ho. I find him on the serious side. Like he's someone that can't be made fun of when he's being normal (esp in Human Condition)... I'm guessing being the most experienced out of all of them, he'll be the main MC. But I do hope the old members esp Cha Tae Hyun step up on that. I like the way he led his team during the Campus 24 Hours episode.

Well, other than that, I'm really excited for this season 3 and things seem to be looking up. Hopefully, their ratings will increase again and that all would get along with each other.

New members of the upcoming season of KBS’s long-running variety show “Two Days and One Night” have been confirmed.

KBS unveiled on Friday that K-pop singer Jung Joon-young, actor Kim Ju-hyeok, comedian Kim Jun-ho and K-pop artist Defconn are the new members of the third season of “Two Days and One Night,” to be aired next Sunday 4:55 p.m. KST.

Teaming up with remaining members Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Jong-min, the four stars are joining the first taping of the real variety show today.

Meanwhile, actor Lee Joon-gi’s agency IMX said through a press release the same day that Lee carefully declined the offer of starring in the popular TV show.

“We felt thankful about the KBS’s offer and reviewed it with the show’s producing crew. However, we have our pre-scheduled activities, such as upcoming fan meet-and-greets, and he still wants to show more of his sides as an actor,” the agency explained.

The last episode of the second season of “Two Days and One Night” is slated to hit air this Sunday.

Aww I like Junho, he's full of wit though I agree with everyone here, he could be really grumpy and selfish at times. Plus I think his wife is going to feel extra lonely, since he has to be away from home for 7 days (Human Condition) and now there's another 2 days 1 night program.

Please skip this paragraph if you don't want to read my pointless rant. Um, there has been different responses regarding the news of Lee Junki joining, most of them being negative (well of course 8-| ). I understand reasons like 'wanting him to remain mysterious' or 'get off the sinking ship!!', but the only thing I don't get is 'Oh god, please don't join, I don't wish to force myself to watch the boring show again'. Dude, what? Nobody's forcing you at gunpoint to watch the show. If it's sooo boring, don't watch it! I adore Hodong, Eun Choding and Yoon Shiyoon but I didn't watch Barefoot Friends after trying the ep with EH&DD (and I love them too lol), neither did I force myself to continue watching it nor did I criticise the show......

I'm confident Taehyun will do a good job as the main MC! :-bd By the way, I had a dream yesterday night..... I was watching Kim Joohyuk on 1N2D. He wore his specs and he looked haggard and cold LOL
