On the January 18 episode of “Superman Returns,” actor Uhm Tae Woong fell asleep while looking after his daughter Ji On.

Uhm Tae Woong was babysitting his daughter since the morning, and when Ji On’s afternoon nap time came around, the father had trouble staying awake. While his daughter was full of energy and had no thoughts whatsoever of napping, Uhm Tae Woong was full of fatigue. Though he tried to fight it, drowsiness crept in and put the father to rest.

“I feel ashamed,” said an embarrassed Uhm Tae Woong when confronted about his afternoon nap.

The episode also focused on the triplets’ first ski trip with their father, Sarang’s trip to her Japanese relatives, and the twins’ attempt to bake a cake.

The January 18 episode of “Superman Returns” sees Song Il Gook take his triplets on their first ski trip ever! Unfortunately, Dae Han isn’t in the best condition and doesn’t end up taking lessons with his brothers.

“Dae Han is pretty athletic so I thought he’d be the best out of the three. Next time, I think he might even surpass Min Gook and Man Se,” says Song Il Gook.

Overall, it turns out to be a good night for Min Gook and Man Se, who look like they are having a great time and successfully complete their ski lessons, not to mention the two are incredibly adorable to boot in their matching ski gear!

The triplets ate seaweed better than Ha Jeong-woo did.

The KBS 2TV show "Happy Sunday – Superman Is Back" showed Song Il-gook and his three sons going on a ski trip.

After skiing, Song Il-gook took his sons to eat duck meat and they enjoyed it until they saw the seaweed.

Dae-han, Min-gook and Man-se ate the seaweed much better than Ha Jeong-woo.

They then asked the owner lady for more seaweed.

[by Sora Ghim] Children’s laughter gives happiness and optimism. The most important thing is the power of optimism but it is hard to think positively during hard times. Watching these ‘Superman’ kids face the world with no doubts and just happiness, it proves the world is still a good place. It is comforting to see their laughing faces in any situation and how they face a new challenge every day of their lives.

KBS 2TV variety show ‘Superman Returns’ did it again for the 19th consecutive week. It keeps on rising in viewer percentages and continues to maintain its top position as a popular weekend variety show.

On the January 18 episode of KBS 2TV ‘Happy Sunday- Superman Returns’ shows the kids trying new things and meeting new people. No longer hiding behind their father’s back, the children show a new braver side to them as they get older.

Father of triplets, Song Il Gook took his three sons to go skiing. Besides Daehaen who wasn’t feeling well, Min Guk and Man Sae learned how to ski. Afraid at first, the children soon adapted quickly and successfully learned how to ski from the instructor with no help from Song Il Gook. Slipping and sliding, the two boys enjoyed every bit. 

Usually shy, Sarang is growing up to be a leader as she makes the atmosphere comfortable for new people she just met. To greet the New Year, Sarang went to Kyoto to visit her grandmother. There, she met her older cousin Youme, who she hasn’t seen in a long time. Awkward and unfamiliar, Sarang laughed louder than usual, opening up Youme’s heart and quickly getting close. Sarang’s positive energy spread around, even getting Youme to eat well. In addition, Sarang’s level of Korean has improved, surprising her father with her skills.

Making a name for herself as a happy virus since her first appearance on the show, Uhm Tae Woong’s daughter Uhm Ji On gives strength with her laughter. Going to the grocery market with her father for the first time, she cried only for a moment when her father accidentally put her down on the edge of the cart, hurting her. However, she starts to smile, brightening up the air and making new father Uhm Tae Woong relieved. Father of twin boys, Lee Hwi Jae had fun with his sons as they eat cake, getting it all over their faces.

Aw so sad that Haru left the show... Kang Hyejung looked sad too  She looked a tad emaciated though :-S That last bit where she & Tablo were playfully teasing each other was like a scene from a drama LoL. They regain composure the moment Haru looks over! They'd be missed along with Junu & Junseo before them. Really looking forward to Uhm Taewoong & his lil' Princess joinin' the show. She resembles her aunt Junghwa IMO.
