[SBS Star] Lee Min-jung Shares How Kind & Soft-hearted Lee Byung Hun Is

Actress Lee Min-jung revealed that her husband actor Lee Byung Hun is kind and soft-hearted. 

 

On March 16 episode of tvN's television show 'You Quiz on the Block', Lee Min-jung joined the talk. 

 

 

During the talk, Lee Min-jung mentioned how lucky she feels to have Lee Byung Hun beside her to give her useful advice about work. 

 

Lee Min-jung said, "In early debut days, I used to think that I had to act exactly the way it was written on the script. But my husband let me know that I didn't always have to do what it said. He told me if I came up with better ideas, then I should try to make alterations or improvise. It's more natural that way, he said."

 

She continued, "The people who would understand your work the most are those who do the same work, and I'm happy that both my husband and I act. He understands me the most, and gives me great advice." 

 

 

Then, Lee Min-jung was asked about her married life with Lee Byung Hun. 

 

Lee Min-jung laughingly responded, "As we live together, I sometimes see the ordinary and 'unremarkable' side of him, but I do see the awesome sides of him at home too."

 

She resumed, "When I get angry, I'm the type of person who just lets it out right on that spot. But my husband isn't like me. He keeps his temper, and swallows all my angry words and actions."

She went on, "So, I'm back to my happy mood once I let my anger out, but he isn't. He's really kind and soft-hearted. I get furious at him in front of my parents as well that they always tell me to manage my anger, and keep my temper in check." 

Lee Min-jung and Lee Byung Hun got married in August 2013; they have a son who was born in March 2015.

Lee Min Jung Talks About Her Husband Lee Byung Hun on tvN’s ‘You Quiz On the Block’

Lee Min Jung guest appeared on the March 16th episode of tvN’s You Quiz On The Block.

 

In the episode, Lee Min Jung gushed about her husband Lee Byung Hun. She said, “We have a great understanding of each other as we pursue the same path. I love having him around because he is someone with a greater experience than mine who could help me with making important decisions.”

 

When Jo Se Ho asked if Lee Byung Hun is hot in person as he is in his movies and dramas, she replied, “There are times when he just looks incredible. But since I live with him every day, I get to experience his ordinary and untidy side as well.” Jo Se Ho then said, “His voice is so mesmerizing that even a guy like me would fall in love with him. Tell us about what it’s like waking up to his voice every morning.” Lee Min Jung said, “He doesn’t always talk to me in that mesmerizing low voice. When we are together, I hear more of a high-pitched voice from him. But it’s alright because I tend to forget and let go of everything when the argument is over.”

She added, “I don’t easily get stressed by anything. He is a kind-hearted person who tends to give in when I confront him head-on. He is softer than he looks”.

 

Yoo Jae Suk then jokingly asked, “I want to hear his side of the story, too. Do you think he will be cool with it?” Lee Min Jung replied, “I mean, I treat him nicely after venting out my anger. I’m a type of a person who does not hold a grudge on someone.” Then the MC asked what she hears the most from the actor. She made a witty response by saying, “He always tells me ‘I told you a lot before!’ because I tend to forget what he said to me.”

Lee Byung Hun Spotted Carrying Lee Min Jung’s Luggage at Incheon Airport

Lee Byung Hun and Lee Min Jung were spotted at Incheon Airport returning from Los Angeles on April 20th. The couple went on a trip to the United States to attend the 2022 PGA Masters Tournament. As Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are also reportedly traveling in LA, fans are wondering if the couple had come across the Crash Landing On You stars by any chance.

Reports say that BTS’ RM was also spotted on the same plane as the couple. RM arrived at the airport a day later than the other members after wrapping up the April 16th concert Permission To Dance On Stage – Las Vegas at the Allegiant Stadium.

While a crowd of reporters tried to catch a glimpse of the idol star, the couple was seen walking out of the gate, being greeted by the reporters. The actress was spotted holding a duty-free shopping bag with Lee Byung Hun walking right next to her, carrying all the heavy luggage. He kindly escorted her to the car.

Meanwhile, the couple got married in 2013 and are parents to a son named Lee Joon Hoo. The male celebrity has been cast as Lee Dong Suk in tvN weekend drama Our Blues, while the female celebrity will make her big-screen comeback with a new movie named Christmas Gift.

Actress Lee Min-jung revealed her son's current situation.

 

 

On the 22nd, Lee Min-jung posted a message and a photo on her Instagram saying, "Let's put meaning on participation."

 

In the released photo, Jun Hoo is wearing a baseball uniform. The back of the aspiring baseball player is smart and cute. Lee Min Jung's comment communication also continued, and Lee Min Jung  drew attention by writing, "It's only been a month since he learned it," when asked by a fan, "How many years will I see him in the Major League?" Actress Lee Min Jung succeeded in avenging her husband Lee Byung-hun with his golf skills.

 

On the afternoon of the 23rd, a video titled 'Lee Min-jung's revenge video' was posted on the official YouTube channel of 'The Green Cup'.

 

In the released video, Lee Byung-hun tried to putt toward the hole cup from a distance of about 1m. The caddy asked, "Can I take the flagpole out?" Lee Byung-hun said, "No, it's fine." Behind him, Lee Min-jung was watching his putt in a pose that looked like he was raising medicine.

Actress Lee Min-jung shared her thoughts on watching the last episode of 'Our Blues'.

 

On the 29th, Lee Min-jung posted on her Instagram, "I purposely couldn't watch the last episode of 'Our Blues' (Shun)... I was afraid that my eyes would get too swollen because I was filming the next day. The blanket is all wet..." along with a picture.

 

The TV screen in the photo contains a scene from the last meeting of the recently ended tvN drama 'Our Blues'. Lee Min-jung posted a scene in which her husband Lee Byung-hun and her seniors Kim Hye-ja and Ko Doo-shim were portrayed and said, "I love all mothers and mothers in the world."

 

A netizen who saw the photo left a comment, "Byung-hun oppa is so handsome", and Lee Min-jung said, "He doesn't come out handsome here.."

 

Meanwhile, Lee Min-jung is married to actress Lee Byung-hun in 2013, and she has one son. Lee Min-jung will appear in Tving's original series 'Villains', which is scheduled to be released next year.
