I think even if there was no covid he would still not be doing it either lol. I'm sure lots of projects are already lined up for him and he'll end up in choosing what to do next lol. But in this situation with covid, i do think it's the right time for him to study though coz he has more free time. Or who knows maybe he's in the process of studying right now :blush:

Tteokgalbi ingredients :

 

400grams minced beef. 

1/2 green onions finely chopped. 

1/4 onions finely chopped. 

1/4 korean pear finely chopped. 

1 tablespoons minced garlic. 

2 tablespoons glutinous rice flour. 

3 tablespoons soy souce. 

3 tablespoons sugar. 

A pinch of black pepper. 

 

Mix it all well and knead it.

 

Steam 10 chestnuts in a pot for 30 minutes (but i think Seojun steam it for up to 1 hour right? :D)

 

For chestnut filling :

Add 2 tablespoons of olligossacharide and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder into the sifted chestnuts and mix it well. 

 

For vegies :

Chives.

Red pepper.

2 tablespoons vinegar.

2 tablespoons sugar.

1 tablespoon salt.

Some sesame seeds.

 

Mix all well. 

 

Put the tteokgalbi in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn it over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Put pine nuts on top of it as garnish.

I think i know, it's the long hwarang interview. A special program on tv, around 1 hour.

 

 

Oh, does anyone know the song when Seo Joon is making tteokgalbi? The cheerful song, it sounds like a girl group song. I think i can makeit to one of my workout song..lol!

This song becomes my playlist since I heard it from YS and my mind always goes to Seo Joon and Tteokgalbi now. Lol. Finally tmrw is D-Day for YS again.:highonflowers:

Now, the bam bam bam song. What is the title of that song? I wonder..:)

 

I can see that Seo Joon is also in charged of deep frying..he has always been since YK2. He's the master of deep frying too..lol! 

 

I wonder if they change the menu in the middle. How many days will they run the business? Is it the same as previous? 9 business days?
