"Heartbreak Hotel" has been invited for a special screening in the 2015 Osaka Asian Film Festival. Last March 11, director Kim Tae Sik held a talk about the movie and about Kang Ji Hwan's first bed scene after the movie's special screening. On March 13, Director Kim Tae Sik together with the film's leading lady, Yoon Jin Seo attended the Welcome Party at the Osaka Asian Film Festival which was opened for the movie delegates, journalists, foreign guests and to some fans who paid advanced tickets.
