I'm actually working right now, trying to fix an issue for a client. What I really want to do is watch dramas all day!

I can follow recipes really well and the intended outcome is usually either spot on or really close. But I don't consider myself a good cook in that I'm not creative enough to come up with dishes on my own. I rely on recipes. I also am not good with substitution.. like substituting ingredients and still achieving the same result.

FALSE! I don't use sanitizer. I use 70% solution alcohol, unfortunately they're flying off the shelves these days.
