Every time I see his face approaching the camera, I unconsciously back away from my computer monitor to dodge those big lips. It’s like dancing a tango with him, but with just our necks and heads involved. He swoops in for a smooch; I jerk back, startled, like a Victorian maidenly aunt. I ignore him and continue typing so I begin to lean forward again. Then he swoops in once more, so I dart back again. On and on. I swear, if he were an actual person, I'd have long pushed his face away or smacked his head just so he'd quit distracting me! <br />

I see that you chose to name yourself after that most esteemed and logical heroine of the Harry Potter series, so I’m adapting and passing on to you an enchantment my own Professor Dumbledore had told me a long time ago.  Here goes…

When you sum up all the isms we learn in school, like idealism, nihilism, communism, racism, liberalism…, there are only two major philosophies in life.

 

The first one teaches that life sucks. People suck, events suck, ideas suck, Taecgui fans suck, and… you suck, most of all. When you see people laughing together, working together and just hanging out together, you zealously count the minutes till disaster befalls them, so you can jump in to gloat, Ha! I’m right; your existence sucks. This pathetic demonstration of superiority complexity, psychologists have attributed to feelings of insecurity and inadequacy.

Nonetheless, you’ll be able to find the logic to prove that you ARE indeed correct. Like this:

Life always sucks.  If life is sad, then life sucks. If, on the other hand, life is happy, then life still sucks because life and your happiness will all come to an end, anyway.  It’s a no-win situation.

 

The second philosophy in life teaches the opposite. It believes that life’s good; that deep down inside, people know right from wrong; events can lead to personal growth; ideas have potential; Taecgui fans are happily miccheoso, and you?  You’re fine, really.  When you see an unjust or a selfish act, you’re likely to speak up and say, “C’mon, be fair” or “No cutting in line” or “Let the old lady have your seat” or “Stop bullying the kid.” You appeal to a standard behavior that respects others, because you know that people aren’t trash, even those you don’t know from Adam, or those you only casually interact with on the internet. They’re your fellow human beings.

And again, you’ll find the logic necessary to prove you’re correct. Like this:

Life’s always good. If life is happy, then life’s good. However, if life is sad, then life’s still good because you’re not alone and you’re surrounded by kind souls who’ll laugh, work, and commiserate together. LIke people in this forum. It’s win-win situation.

Do you understand? As you grow wiser and leave these troubled, teenage years behind, you’ll discover that it’s really up to you to choose the logic you’ll want to advocate for the rest of your life. I sincerely hope you’ll live up to the expectations of your name. Whatsoever her few known personality faults were in the books [know-it-all, jealous, goody-two-shoes, obsessive, etc.], your namesake, the fictional Hermione Granger, was never as spiteful and mean-spirited as your most recent post was.

Seeing what a gentleman he is when he's around GuiGui and how he goes crazy with her cuteness, I've decided to let those stories go, and give 2pm & Taec a chance.  So, even if the REAL Hottests don't like our micheoseo-ness, I think you should be happy that his image has been cleaned and only going toward the positive direction.

You're goooood, @lmangla! I couldn't believe how you had this all organized in like, two hours? You could be an Event Planner!!

During the day, we'll have something like a Goodyear blimp, or a heart-shaped blimp? to float up on top of our party, so our virtual guests won't  "imagine" themselves like, say, 30 miles away and end up in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, swimming with the sharks. lol. Just think "Taecgui" and you'll end up at the party. Then, at night, we'll have something like a Batman signal, shining up in the skies, to lead the late-night guests to the party. [How about that for details, hmm?]  

I love the pix @b8l8 posted!  All I had for dinner was a soggy tuna sandwich, chips, and lemonade, so at least my "visuals" were well-fed. I don't think we have a Philipino restaurant around here so I'll just have to keep on checking that blog for food updates.

Now, put your laptop on your lap [duh] and lie down as if you're going to do push-ups yourself. Now, hit start. Once, Hyun Bin pops up and does the push-ups, you do it with him.  Now, doesn't that make you feel like you're virtually re-making that scene from Secret Garden? Dorky, right? Our office intern showed me that trick...  I hope it works with this link.
