Also, not a fan of Sooyoung here :-SSo I will skip that drama. Sorry, mian [-O<
Guest sicknine Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 This is the Grand Appearance I wanted in every Kdramas )I always imagine this first grand appearance and finally I saw it today. They just did a superhero parody comeback B-)And is that his car? I wonder how can it fit a human in it. So small and kawaii )Doesn't he feels hot wearing big long black coat and button up? One day people will thought he's a pervert )It's he only has this black coat in his wardrobe? :-O Somebody please make him go to shopping. He just turns himself into a shabby love detective that runs a love matching company underground with only 3 staffs. Be careful with your words [-XYou didn't see the reality too that you will like Gong Min Young sooner ;THE END.Thoughts : I love love love love love the 1st episode already. So much laughter and fun in 48 minutes running time. So different from other Flower Boy series before this.I'm expecting love cases to be solve every each episodes now. I love how they observe people lifestyle and make them a couple. Congrats PD-nim for the success in 1st episode. You already capture my heart from 10 minutes until finish.=D> =D>

Guest jjsweeter0211 Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 [HanCinema's Drama Review] "Love Manipulation: Cyrano": Episode 12013/05/27 |Immediately we get straight into the main hook of "Love Manipulation: Cyrano"- the manipulation of love, or at least the tail end of one such gambit. Likely fans are apt to wonder- what is the main difference between this drama and the film, "Cyrano Agency" on which it's based? The main difference manifests itself quite quickly- the schemes involved in this drama are a lot more convoluted.Granted, the entire concept is pretty convoluted. Hiring actors to stage overly romantic encounters to maximize the possibility of a passionate relationship? That, on its own, sounds pretty crazy. But even by those standards "Love Manipulation: Story" is pretty out there. The company here doesn't just manipulate its own sets and interfaces- they even mess around with unrelated, uncontrollable third parties, and rather unsubtly mess around with the sense of smell to get the right phermonal reaction.Seo Byeong-Hoon (played by Lee Jong-hyuk) is now less of an eccentric actor and more of a Holmes-ian level super-deductive genius- a change I find strangely appropriate. Think about it. What happens more often in the real world- super complex murders that require amazing detective abilities, or lonely people trying to find love? Byeong-Hoon's talents, far from being wasted, are quite prescient here, and watching him apply cold logic to something as inherently wacky as love is a lot of fun if only for the contrast.Gong Min-Yeong (played by Choi Soo-young) quickly proves adept as his foil. She has more of the sunshiny, romantic attitude we might expect from someone who dreams about being able to bring people together in happiness, and is more than willing to break the rules in order to achieve this. Her clumsiness and apparent pitfalls only magnify the fact that Min-Yeong is completely committed to the ideals of the Cyrano Agency, even though she's only just recently found out about them and is (understandably) dubious about Byeong-Hoon's role as the grand chessmaster of romance. In spite of all these absurdities, the show is still fairly well grounded to earth and as cool as Byeong-Hoon tries to be, it's clear he's not logistical genius about everything. The next episode looks to get action really rolling as we hit stronger moments in the serie's second love manipulation scheme. The previews make this follow-up look to be unnecessarily action-packed and intense- but the first episode has prepared me, at least, quite well for this kind of outrageousness.Review by William Schwartz"Love Manipulation: Cyrano" is directed by Kang Kyeong-hoon, written by Shin Jae-won and featuresLee Jong-hyuk, Choi Soo-young, Hong Jong-hyeon and Jo Yoon-woo.http://www.hancinema.net/hancinema-s-drama-review-love-manipulation-cyrano-episode-1-56489.html

asiiatdu82 Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Guys, I just read the comments from netizenbuzz and I'm so depressed. I know I shouldn't get there and that these comments don't represent all the South Korean population but I still wanted to know if they were going to forget their supposed hatred toward her and acknowledge that despite her acting skills being flawed, she is still good.Of course I was wrong. They only talk about how she is an idol, how she is ugly compared to the rest of the female characters ... I'm okay with people saying she can improve/she is decent ... etc.But why are they like this seriously ? She has never caused scandals by herself, she is doing more charity works than all the netizens posting mean comments but stil, it doesn't matter.I think of of the biggest reasons is after her supposed dating scandals with two top actors, people went into some kind of vendetta against her and I find it so unfair. How could a simple photo of Won Bin swimming can ruin a people's life ? I'm just disgusted. But thanks for all the reviews posted. I'm glad that these netizens are just a minority and that most people find it quite good alongside Sooyoung's acting.Perso, she fits well with her character even though sometimes, she tends to overreact a little bit but after watching more and more episodes, she will get better I'm sure of it Cyrano Agent is going to watch episode 2 ASAP
Hello_Ash Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 @jjsweeter0211 thanks for the invite sweetie i will definitely start watching this drama when eng sub came ..i already download the first episode ..i'm sure i will come to spazz here from time to time ~
Guest sicknine Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 @asiiatdu82 Sooyoung is ugly? I don't consider she's ugly - hey hey at least she's leggy. So many women wanted a firm legs like her ) . I never know she is an idol until I read news in here. She just doesn't has the "k-idol look" that we normally seen in any girl groups. For me, she looks more like an actress than an idol in Cyrano.
GaeinaLee Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 Oh my goodness, what a roll call you made dearie @jjsweeter0211.. Thank you!Watched ep 1 last night, after I missed JOJ and Shark *grumbles*, only survived for 15 mins then checked out. Only love Hong Jong-Hyeon so far, guess my mind still madly in love with adorkable UTW and Daniel Choi from the bigscreen version.. ^^I'll watch live whenever I can, hopefully I could also fall in love with the smallscreen version..
Guest sicknine Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 that chef in Cyrano Cafe looks like Gong Yoo (Big) . aigoooo. In first glance I thought it was him. something about his looks that make him looks like Gong Yoo )
p1n6an2012 Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 in my opinion~~ sooyoung is the best at acting inside snsd i think... better than yoong, sica and ect...maybe it's because of her experience in unstoppable marriage with yul? :x
