You mean the boy in grey shirt? lol, it's not Hoo, it's Junsu himself. He's gotten chubbier. The other kid in what looks like a school uniform is Taksu, his brother. 

And yes, it's from a TV show called "Mr. Baek The Homemade Food Master" (집밥 백선생).

I have been watching the chinese variant since its 1st season, now it's on its 5th season and the kids these season is adorkable!! Some of the episodes are eng subbed on youtube. Not sure if you'll recognise anybody there, but there's Wu Zhun from Fahrenheit and his two children Nei Nei and Max. (1st from left on picture below)
