I'm fond of going to Italian Cuisines because I love Italian foods like Panna Cotta, Ricotta Cookies,Pasta,and Caesar Salads

My favorite cuisine in the world is Italian. 
I just like the variety. Spaghetti, gnocchi, fettucine, rissoto, ravioli (not the one in fast food stores... yuck!), woodfried pizza, etc. 
You actually have to go to Italy to experience real Italian cuisine. The Italian restaurants in NYC are close but nowhere near as good...
