None of them own the company because the majority shareholder is Kakao who makes all the executive decisions. Naeun doesn't own Play M either just because she owns a few shares neither does Kim Sohyun own her label or any of the subsidiaries of KakaoM. The company hasn't even gone public yet. It'll be another two years before they go public so for now those stocks are just pieces of paper. Nobody is making money from it yet because the company isn't listed on the stock market yet. LOL. You do not know how accounting of equity works and the corporation law, honey. As long as someone owns a share in a company, eventhough, it is only share, you are automatically considered an owner of a Company. Further, it is not a logic, it is what is written in accounting and corporation rules. Further, a company does not need to list in public to make money. There are hundreds of thousands that are not listed in the stock market which still makes money. And shareholders profit if the Company's operations are good and the same is distributed as dividends. 

 

Lastly, So Hyun is the biggest star of E&T. So, there is no way she do not have any say in E&T. Further, you don't need to be a CEO for you to have at least a say in your agency. What kind of logic is that? Hahaha. So, I am freaking sure she is aware what is happening in her career now and she has plans for it, with the help of her team.
