I should not watch this drama in the begining, I regret so much, the ending is so meaningless and stupid.

@arawn - YO did return her love to HW, she is happy when she is HW and she said that she want to be with him, she even told him that she have the liver transplant because she wanted to be able to live and be with him. If you do not love someone you do not said that.  In the drama it clearly show that YO do not love SN anymore that is why I find the ending stupid and meaningless.

Wow, this drama really made me speechless. Yep, I also regret so much watching this damn drama. It's really horrible and poorly written. 
As someone who had SN type as a father (abusive & cheater), there is no way Gi Chan didn't hate his father!!!
Especially since SN and YO always fight 'publicly' like in the first episode where SO accused YO stealing his money. And I thought he loved his mom so much and have distant relationship with his father????????
I don't this he is 'too you too understand' since he is able talk back to his grandmother about her hating on his mom.
If only I can go to Korea to smack this writer's brain. If he had one.

Thank you, arawm, for putting my ire and confusion into words. I already decided never, EVER to watch another drama by this writer again, maybe even give up most kdramas altogether, if this keeps up.  Thanks to you I can see clearly where it went wrong. Example: In "I Need Romance" many were upset at a similar ending.  But, there, the writer made a definite effort to SHOW the husbands past and present sincerity. She also didn't witness a bedroom scene that caused an asthma attack. (GRRR!) 
Ohlala Couple not only repeatedly showed SN cheating w/Victoria (lots of skinship and lots of kissing and bed hugging for a Korean drama! Not nearly as much w his own wife) The drama proceeds to show him cheating in his PREVIOUS LIFE!  Where exactly is the love?  They could've shown YO's supposed change, as you stated.

I was LIVID at this ending and can definitely understand the need to RANT!  Actually, as someone mentioned before, I'm usually picky about dramas and avoid the ones w/this kind of confused writing and unpopular endings.  But the comedy and acting was so GOOD that I became hooked in no time.  I really thought, after seeing "I Am Legend", that the female lead could have made a different choice, even remaining single.   I'm comforted by the fact that Victoria's hanging around the hotel and ANYTHING could happen, Hope YO kept her asthma inhaler ready... LOL!
Seriously, Writer has SN be a cheating jerk in TWO lifetimes, (sign a SUICIDE PACT and then renege his part of the bargain and be husband to Victoria and father to THREE kids; then demostrate more love to his work family than his real family during most of the drama).  Was Writer REALLY expecting viewers to accept his "conversion"? I can more readily accept that YO was attacked by CHEATER liver cells in her brain. Or maybe she just didn't have to will to fight the expectations of family and friends.

Synopsis

Hi everyone,
I watched the first few episodes of this drama on KBS America and stopped because the husband annoyed me a lot.  Then the other day I heard Han Jaesuk was in this drama so I watch it sometimes if I'm at home.  Yeo Ok and Hyun Woo was lovely on last night episode, I can't believe I came here and read Yeo Ok would be back to her husband? Her husband was still as annoying as I remember him, how could she back to him? Hyun Woo loves her that much, didn't she want to have a new and better life? 
I'm sorry for ranting here but this drama really doesn't make sense. (but I think the character of Yeo Ok is weird too? I mean she doesn't talk and act like human hehehe)
