Yes, I've only watched 3 episodes thus far, and I can safely say that I'm totally in for Mi-Joo.

She is cute, smart, and most of all kind-hearted.

I finally caught up with all the episodes ...Thank you so much to Sandy, soo-jung & Mic for all your great posts. This drama is so fun to watch and the thread is so fun to read...hehe...it's really great.

Watching episode 2 earlier...I thought Mi-Joo is a little childish with her revenge...hehe...but I laughed nonetheless

Her ex-husband is a little gross with some of the scenes...hehe... but he portrayed his character well...hehe...He's also childish with the phone call...maybe both of them are not the serious type...hehe.

The chemistry between Mi-Joo & Rookie is really great...I didn't even notice the age gap until later...hehe...they look great together.

The "other" guy seems like a good candidate for Mi-Joo as well...hehe...he looks better...and most importantly...he's a lot more generous than her ex-husband...hehe...

Haha...I don't think Tae Joon is gay...The guy with the broken leg was just there...and I remembered Tae Joon thanked him for helping with the cover up??? hehe...The girl that came out after Sang Mi left is more suspicious I thought Sang Mi is a little strange...she wore this bright orange dress which screams for attention...hehe...when she was trying to be discreet.

sure. when they were young and dating, they were both really poor, and MJ tried to earn money by selling sweet rice cakes early in the morning.. so she can earn money to help him get through medical school, and JS caught up to her once saying how he feels bad and promises to buy her a big huge diamond ring when they get married and he's a doctor, but MJ says instead of a ring to buy her a necklace, of stethoscope, cuz she always thought it was so cool when someone wore those, and how it made someone so respectful looking. so JS later bought her a stethoscope with 'JS loves MJ' engraved on it.

she put it up for auction i think partly to revenge since she knows JS would be frantic about it if he saw it.

and partly she symbolically wanted to let their 'past' go....

Ahhh I see. I knew it was something both of them treasured before. Hehe.

Mi Joo is such a clever girl. Putting the stethoscope for auction like that,... and in front of that many people, right after she got the necklace from Mr. Hunk (quite pricey too haha! ^^ )

Hmm what did she say to Jung Suk and Eun Young right after the host held up the item for auction?

It seems like she was teasing them and the look on Jung Suk's face was priceless hehe...

I guess later on Eun Young started to question on why Jung Suk was so determined to bid the item on such a (high, I guess?) price hehehe...

About Sang Mi and Da Rim, well, I admit I wasn't paying too much attention to these two and their side scenes, but I'll start paying more attention to them this week. Can't wait to see how will these two (DR & MJ) develop their friendship up to the point, based on the character descriptions, that only MJ understands DR.

ahhh...Emily dear...haha...you have a good point. w/ names like Rude Women, Outrageous Women, Dangerous Housewife, and Desperate Housewife ...i can't imagine many men being very thrilled to seek this drama out.

sPark*...thank you for your jumbled thoughts. i thought you organized everything very well....so fun to read...haha...and what you're wondering will happen in the future to each character...the questions you noted for each...very good things to think about. and so many questions too...thank god...cause that means this drama doesn't look like it'll slow down at all...what w/ so much story to cover. i really really love how the writers are making use of all the characters.

haha...armanigurl...you fastforwarded Da Rim's scenes? i actually find her scenes in this episode so cute! well...that scene where she went to visit *what's his name? >.<* Uk Nyun's family. i have no idea what they were saying there...but the looks of it...she's already starting to warm up to him. okay...maybe it's still her up to her old tricks and wearing that fake mask of hers...i thought her expressions were hilarious. i can sorta imagine what she was saying in her head...and then the look on her face. it seem she sorta took a liking to his family (hehe...and they're sorta cute too ^^...except for the grandma...who, understandably...freaked her out >.<). albeit probably not w/ the best or most genuine intentions...but i thought it was kind of cute and funny the way she was trying to impress them.

haha...it really takes alot for me to dispise a character...especially in this drama...w/ Jung Suk and Da Rim...i actually find them cute. it probably has to do w/ the fact that both of their acting really suit their characters...and the fact that i find them so good w/ those comical expressions. and the comedian who plays Da Rim's...uh...dun really know what to call him...her (sorta) person (? )...he's always so typecasted...but i always like these types of characters too...they add silly humor...and they're so harmless.

hehe...as for Mr. Hunk...i hope he stays harmless...cause i'm rather comfortable (and secure ) being the only one so far camping out on his side. i really hope he doesn't turn out to be a total jerk though. >.<

Wow, just overnight and so many responses already. I guess time change would explain that. (not to mention the "crazy women" factor in this thread. )

Emily was right when she warned me about this thread being scary, but I had no idea.

I have never been smacked in the head for something I didn't even do. Actually, I didn't even think about performing the Mi Joo procedure (AG, you're so funny for giving this procedure a proper name ). I just mentioned it as a funny observation that Mi Joo can perform her procedure without any uproar, whereas it's something the whole male species could be fried for. Besides, if I did think about it, then I would of course use a stethoscope as I would normally do.

You know, AG (if I may call you that, even though I already did.. twice ), I've always had the urge to fastfoward all of darim's scenes, because she creeps me out a little. I don't mind the clown, since he's just being himself even though he is irritating and I'm sure a far cry from the "hotties."

I can't believe I still haven't watched ep. 4. It's slow at work today, so I'll have to rectify that situation.

I've just finished watching the episode 4.

I think I can understand Kirsten's point of view when she had mixed emotions about Jung Suk.

Only way I can explain his behaviors and thoughts is that I think he is just immature.

Mi Joo had put him through school, selling sweet rice cakes on the street no less,

and I'm sure he was at the time in love with Mi Joo,

but when the situation came where he thought could do "better," he jumped the ship.

But now, he still can't help himself feeling jealousy, attraction, and guilt toward Mi Joo,

but at the same time, he is also devious (secret bank accounts, etc) and somewhat gullible (at the auction, he could have called Mi Joo's bluff, and let her buy the stethoscope, and dare her to give it to his wife). He is not very deep in the sense that what he doesn't see in front of him doesn't bother him, but now that Mi Joo and their son are in his environment, the other feelings are surfacing, and he doesn't know how to handle the emotions.

I was little confused as to why Jung Suk got up suddenly to join Mi Joo in the karaoke singing. Nostalgia, perhaps? Another example of impulsive behavior? Now, his action has planted a seed of suspicion in his wife's mind.

But, Emily, you're absolutely right, Mi Joo is definitely "sexy" doing that dance.

What more can you say about Mi Joo. She is great. Even when she was with Jung Suk, through the flashbacks, I think you can see the unflappable resolve, capacity to love, and lovability that we all identify and love about Mi Joo. I also think the Rookie is going to break her natural defense down eventually.

To me, he's having inner conflicts.. on one hand.. he wants Mi Joo far away so she doesn't become a threat to his happiness with Eun Young.. but on the other hand.. he couldn't help but wanting to know more about what's going on in her life since she re-entered his life.

and I can't wait to see Rookie telling Mi Joo not to leave.. she has him wrapped around her finger.. little by little.. but since they are so cute together.. I really don't mind. Rookie seems so "gullible" when it comes to women.. his little fake Darim would pretend to cry and he gets ALL SOFT.. urgggg.. Finally finished watching epi 4 .. thks to the reviews at least can follow the storyline.

JS trying hard to stay away from his ex and on the other hand very insquitive whenever guys come near to MJ....

Epi 4..AT the park JS & EY, MJ & Rookie were there doing their excerises.... Rookie's style of situp is cool.....

At The Park..What did JS said to MJ ( he was looking at her blosom) and shortly MJ called out EY ....
