Well... it's your first comment ever in this board and in Soompi right? I'm not sure about your intention, but anyway....

I don't think so, she didn't do surgery. Her pictures since she was young are still exposed often on media, all interviews always include the questions about what is her beauty secret, how to stay young which shows how much attention people are interested in her look, not her surgery, but the way she maintains her youth. Her look doesn't change (much) even time passes almost 16 years already.

 

Moreover, Jeon family members were exposed to the media (started from HaJiWon and her family scoop in the Celebrity Magazine), all people are amazed that not only her looking beautiful but all Jeon family members are good looking as well. That's why they all agree to give nickname to Jeon family as "Superior DNA" family. Her little brother is also the actor. Apart from that, her older sister has face on the media several time as she's therapist and scent specialist.

It can see clearly how they look alike in the family, even the media also agree HaJiWon and her dad looks so much alike especially when smiling

Even if she did surgery, she did so slightly small part that we can't even notice...or do you think all members go to the same surgery clinic to get the same face structure??? it's impossible right LOL
