i really did!

I can't change my profile pic because the board admin hasn't allowed me permission? was that in the rules or something? I went through the pinned topics to see if this was something that NOBODY could do but i can't find my answer. So anybody want to help me in changing my profile pic? sorry if i DID miss some kind of thing that already explained this, i swear i'm not trying to annoy you! i'm just a lost, helpless soompi member >_< don't throw rocks at me!! thank you!

Soompi disabled the profile picture function because apparently there were lots of people hotlinking and using the pictures on other sites.

Just change your avatar instead =]
