Haven't posted here in a while...

So, recent-ish stuff!  He attended a hand-printing ceremony for last year's Blue Dragon winners.  Here's an article excerpt, and a couple of photos:

Hand printing ceremony for last year’s Blue Dragon Film Awards winners

Updated : November 02 2016

With the 37th Blue Dragon Film Awards slated for Nov. 25, last year’s winners gathered Wednesday at the CGV movie house in Yeouido, Seoul, for a hand printing ceremony.

The 2015 Blue Dragon Film Awards’ best male actor Yoo Ah-in from “The Throne,” best female actress Lee Jung-hyun from “Alice in Earnestland,” best supporting actor Oh Dal-su from “Ode to my Father,” best supporting actress Jeon Hye-jin from “The Throne,” best female newcomer Lee Yoo-young from “The Treacherous” and best male newcomer Choi Woo-shik from “Set Me Free” were present at the ceremony to impress their hands on malleable gold colored slates.

While waiting for the slates to harden, the actors spoke about what the award means to them.

...

Choi Woo-shik, a rookie actor, likened his best newcomer award to “homework” that he has to solve.

Asked by the emcee if he does his homework well, Choi let out a shy laughter and said he is not so good but tries.

Choi keeps his trophy from the 36th Blue Dragon Film Awards on the windowsill of his verandah.

...

The Blue Dragon Film Awards date back to 1963. Its purpose is to nurture higher quality Korean movies and is deemed one of the most prestigious awards here due to its reputation of being fair.

This year’s 37th awards ceremony will take place at the Grand Peace Palace at Kyung Hee University in Seoul, Nov. 25.

*** I like the plot of this drama and the casting is great. So, it’s hard to pass this one. Well it is Netflix after all. I sure hope they will not break it into two parts. This looks like it could be really interesting. For some reason I thought this was going to be a movie. I like Choi Woo-Shik. I'm praying that this lives up to its hype because it looks really good. With the drama description given, you just have to check this out to see what happens. "Accidental serial murderer" - oh no, this trope just leveled up!   :winkx:

*** "A Killer Paradox"  is coming soon on Netflix and I'm sure this will chill us to the bones. "A Killer Paradox" is  previously known as "Murder DIEary".  With Choi Woo Shik's extraordinary versatility and penchant for playing dark roles, Lee Tang could not have found a more proper match.   :heart2:

Lee Jun Young and Jeon So Nee may be starring with Park Bo Young and Choi Woo Shik in a new drama!

On January 17, STARNEWS reported that Lee Jun Young and Jeon So Nee will also be starring in the upcoming drama “Romantic Movie” (literal title).

In response to the reports, a representative of Lee Jun Young shared, “He is positively reviewing the offer to star in ‘Romance Movie.'” Jeon So Nee’s agency has yet to comment.

“Romantic Movie” delves into the lives of young individuals who are used to always pretending to be fine in the face of hardships. Now, they aspire to experience love and fulfill their dreams yet find themselves drained and exhausted from the relentless hardships they endure. Despite its initial impression of having a somber undertone, the drama is a comical romance written by Lee Na Eun, the scriptwriter of “Our Beloved Summer.”

Previously, it was reported that Park Bo Young and Choi Woo Shik are in talks for the drama. According to the reports, Choi Woo Shik will play Go Kyum, who plays as an extra but becomes a film critic, while Park Bo Young will play Kim Moo Bi, an assistant director who becomes a film director.

Hong Si Joon is a refreshing character who believes himself to be a genius. He also has a childish side, sometimes acting spontaneously unique like an artist and being satisfied with his own actions.

Jeon So Nee will reportedly play Go Kyum and Hong Si Joon’s friend Son Joo Ah, a successful screenwriter who grew up without lacking anything and lives a smooth life without much hardship.

Stay tuned for more updates on the drama!
