Wow, amazing the Fan meeting in Taiwan! They are really close with him, don't they? 

When is the next Fan meeting then? If I'm not mistaken, the one in Bangkok is on 2nd July. He is going to do FM also in Tokyo, right? Which date?

Can't wait to see his other FM news.. Anyone will go to his FM in Bangkok or Japan?

@mundaliv yes, the fanmeeting in Bangkok will be on 2nd July. Fanmeeting in Japan will take place somewhere near the end of July, it's hasn't been confirmed yet

Jo Jung-seok gets a soul transplant for fantasy criminal drama Two Cops

After almost a year’s hiatus from dramaland, Jo Jung-seok (Jealousy Incarnate) is considering a return in the supernatural mystery romance Two Cops. It’s centered around an upstanding detective who is committed to fighting for justice until one day the soul of a con artist trespasses into his body and decides to stay. (Hmmm… this sounds eerily like a gender reverse version of Jo Jung-seok’s Oh My Ghostess, and that was amazing.)

According to the latest reports, he’ll be playing the man with one body housing two souls with very different personalities. He’s originally a detective in the violent crimes unit at the Yeongdeungpo District. A dedicated cop through and through, he won’t even take off his worn-out sneakers at a funeral ceremony, just so that he could chase a criminal down at a moment’s notice. 

A macho man, he stops knives with his bare hands, and makes women passing by on the street look twice. His character, while almost always serious, has an awkward but endearing sense of humor; he’s inflexible in his morals and other principles in his life, but has the warmest smile. 

 

So when the spirit of a lazy swindler ends up residing inside him, there’s bound to be mischief, especially because there’s romance involved. The woman he (they?) fall for is a prickly, feisty reporter, and casting is now underway for the role.

Two Cops is based on rookie writer Byun Sang-soon’s winning script in last year’s KBS criminal miniseries scriptwriting competition. The drama itself is being considered at MBC though, and is looking to broadcast in the fall.

I love Han Ji Min. She's a top-notch actress and a natural beauty! And she has really strong chemistry with JJS  Hope she will accept the role. Dream casts for "Two Cops"!

Imagine these two as an upstanding detective and a prickly, feisty reporter. So excited already xD

YESSSSSSS our wish was to see him take on a spy/agent character.......and this "Two Cops" lead character role sounds close enough to a spy/agent!  A homicide detective who has a sense of justice but also has the soul of a sleazy swindler seems like it's a tailor-made role for JJS! A Sexy Possessed detective...........haha, a role reversal for him, after being "hassled" by a sex-hungry-ghost-possessed kitchen-hand in OMG, he is going to be the one possessed by a sleazy swindler (reminds me of Hyung!) and romancing a reporter (female Hwa Shin ) Detective/Sleazy Swindler vs Sassy Reporter sounds like a match perfect for a rom-com

Yay, me too, loved HJM in her melos......she did great in Cain & Abel vs So Ji Sub and Padam Padam vs Jung Woo Sung....all swoon-worthy actors!  And she matches with JJS, visual-wise and age-wise too

Fyi, the BKK FM will accept only bank transfer via local bank and for foreigners, you can do overseas bank transfer but confirmation will only gets in 3-5 working days. Ticket sale starts at 10am, you must create an account and password to login to buy.
