Hyun Bin had to depart for Jordan for his upcoming movie.

 

At the night of July 12th, the actor was spotted at the Incheon International Airport for his departure to Jordan. It's revealed that Hyun Bin departed for Jordan to film his upcoming movie 'Bargaining' (literal title). Hyun Bin was spotted with his comfortable clothes for his flight. Amidst the pandemic, of course, he didn't forget to wear his mask.

'Bargaining' tells the story of a kidnapping that takes place in the Middle East and the attempted rescue of the kidnapping victims. The movie will be directed by Im Soonrye, the one behind the hit film 'Little Forest.' According to reports, the movie will premiere in 2021.

The cast and film crew for Korean thriller The Negotiations have arrived in Jordan, following a delay in shooting as a result of the coronavirus crisis.

 

Two of three groups landed during the last 10 days — the passengers of the second flight are currently in quarantine and the third flight is yet to be scheduled.

 

Shooting was scheduled to start earlier this year, but was postponed due to the coronavirus crisis.

 

Filming will start in mid-August in different locations all over the Kingdom and expected to go on until September.

 

The arrival has been made possible thanks to a joint effort of the Royal Film Commission (RFC) and Jordan’s government.

 

“We are very proud that Jordan is today among a few other countries in the world, where the audio-visual activity has resumed within a clear system of procedures,” said RFC’s Managing Director, Mohannad Al-Bakri.”

 

About 115 Jordanians will be among film’s crew members.

 

Everyone on set will have to abide by the Jordanian government’s health and safety guidelines as well as the Filming Guidelines During COVID-19 Pandemic, published on the RFC’s website.

 

Production teams will be kept as small as possible for social distancing purposes and other health guidelines.

 

Korean cast and crew have been tested for COVID-19 in South Korea and underwent an eight-day quarantine.

 

“With the current global health situation, the return of such a big production to film in Jordan is proof the country is ready and safe enough to open up for filming again”, said Al-Bakri.

 

The Negotiations is based on real events about a National Intelligence Service agent and diplomat working together to rescue South Korean hostages in the Middle East.

 

The film features Hyun Bin and Hwang Jung-min and will be directed by Yim Soon-rye.

 

The relationship between South Korea and Jordan in the film industry is strong, having filmed the award-winning South Korean TV series Misaeng in Wadi Rum, Amman and Petra.

TvN’s hit drama series "Crash Landing on You" (2019) and TV Chosun’s hit singing competition show "Mr. Trot" (2020) were the most talked about TV shows online in the first half of the year, according to a survey conducted by the Korea Communications Commission (KCC) on Tuesday.  
 
Apart from audience ratings, the KCC has been conducting an internet survey on TV programs since 2018 to present qualitative values such as viewers' response and preferences. The survey includes indicators such as internet postings, comments and the number of views on related clips.  
 
Following tvN series "Crash Landing on You,” JTBC's "The World of the Married” (2020) and JTBC’s “Itaewon Class" (2020) were the most talked about drama series online in the first half of the year.  
 

According to the KCC, Lee Jung-hyuk's character played by Hyun Bin in "Crash Landing on You” was a hot topic, while "The World of the Married" had a lot of responses related to its fast-paced and suspenseful storytelling. For "Itaewon Class," its original soundtrack garnered attention.

Song Hye Kyo And Hyun Bin’s Agencies Deny Dating Rumors

 

Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin have issued firm denials to rumors that they were dating again.

 

Recently, such rumors have been spreading through social media platforms such as Weibo. Some of the rumors claimed that the two actors had moved in together and that they had been spotted on dates in the Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province area.

 

On July 31, Song Hye Kyo’s agency stated, “This is not the first time that Chinese media outlets have released random and unfounded news articles. These media outlets often make up things in their own imagination.” The agency clearly denied the dating rumors and added, “Song Hye Kyo is currently reviewing offers for various projects. Nothing particular has happened.”

 

Hyun Bin’s agency also issued a statement, saying, “The dating rumors that have been spreading in China are false.”

 

Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo previously dated after working together in the 2008 drama “Worlds Within.” Their relationship lasted for two years after it was made public, but it was revealed that they had broken up before Hyun Bin’s enlistment in 2011

Actor Hyun-bin and Song Hye-kyo were entrenched in China, and both sides resolutely drew a line on the rumor.
