JIW battles minus 16 weather with 5 layers of underpants , and 4layers of undershirts. They shoot near mountains and streams so it is super cold. Ilwoo said that it gets really cold during dust/dawn and outdoors. So besides these 9 pcs of underwear, He also has ear warmers, boots, gloves and kairo ( those things you hold or tape to your body).

He said that it would be a problem if his mouth were frozen--because that will impede his performance. So he tries his best to keep warn.

Reposting from JIW thread. I didn't know it was THAT cold in Korea! With nine layers of clothes no wonder he looks so bulked up.

Hope he won't fall sick :-(

Han Ga In does OK in ep 7, i still feel like Kim Yoo-jung (younger Yeon-woo) was better than Han Ga-in. Having said that, I felt her connection to Hwon in their scene together, though admittedly, it was his reaction that got me in the heart. Kim Soo-hyun's heartache is really convincing, it was in his eyes and his expressions, the gaze of a passionately in love man, oh god he's really killing me!!!

I was never really crazy about Jung Il-woo, he flows better with this episode but Lee Min Hoo (younger YM) was also better (too bad he looked too young to play the older version). I was able to sympathize with Min Hoo's version more, hope II-woo growns more into character. YM is really pitiful, his love is unrequited, there was no place for him inside YW's heart even before YW met LW.

Aside from those scenes, I am moved when she confronted the guard and acted like a shaman. I am impressed by her "cursing" eyes!

In addition, after the runaway scene with Seol, when she asked her if they did it before. I cried with her during that particular scene!

About 45' till ep 8 airs. I'm still so mesmerized by Hwon's bath scene. So glad script writer decided to Yeom's bath scene (in the book) to Hwon. See-through wet undergarment is much better than naked (urgh I sound like such a pervert but just being honest here XD)

Hoping for some Hwon/Wol interaction today but I think today's dedicated mostly to YM/Wol judging from the preview.

I'm pretty excited about YM and Wol in todays ep, cause YM seems to be sure that she's Yeonwoo..

I'll try to update this post with spoilers again.

Starts with the men carrying Yeonwoo in the palaquinn..

Yeonwoo is struggling to breathe and recaps to the time she was stuck in the coffin, and remembers all the times she spent with hwon....

Wol:"Whose memories are these"

Meanwhile Minhwa is using 2 spoons to get red of her swollen eyes.

Yeom comes to her, and she sees him, thinking his an illusion again.

She then realises his not an illusion, and covers her eyes with the spoon again.

He tries to make her happy, cause she was unhappy that he didn't come to find her at all.

Then he explains to her, and they started chatting happily.

This is seen by Seol from a far...

Nokyoung goes to Wol's room to find that she is not there...

Janshil explains, and seol returns...

Nokyoung starts to scold Seol saying that she should have been careful of where Wol goes...

Then the maid delivers a letter to Nokyoung left in Wol's room.

It's from those guys that were ordered to take wol to the palace.

Next scene, the guys takes Wol out of the palaquinn to find her unconscious.

One of the servants thought she was dead, and tells one of the 3 guys.

He checks whether she was breathing and she suddenly opens her eyes.

She hits him and starts to run away.

The guys servants starts to chase after her.

Meanwhile Yangmyung is in the area being chased by some other guys who know he is the prince, calling him Yangmyung gun.

He hides and then comes out being disguised as a clown.

He walks happily away before they realised his YM.

He ponders how they found out, and they run after him.

Meanwhile Wol is still running away.

She sees YM in his new disguise and asks him for help.

He takes her hand and run...

then hide, and he holds her tight.

She asks what his doing.

YM:"Do you not know me?"

He removes his hat.

YM:"Do you really not know me?"

The guys chasing Wol catches up, and says that the "scene"of a guy protecting the girl is nice.

He warns them, but they continue provoking, so he hits them and takes Wol and run.

They run away together....

Voice over, he asks her if she really does not know him?

But she says that this is the first time they met.

The guys catches up and he fights with them.

Wol runs away alone...

But the guys ordered by the queen dowager to catch her, catches up with her.

She screams for help, and YM hears.

He was alarmed but before he can do anything, He was hit by the servants of those men...

His head bleeds.

Wol is thrown into a room and locked up.

She bangs on the door but to no avail.

She looks at the room...

Queen dowager is talking to one of the men.He explains the whole situation to Queen Dowager...

He talks about Wol being the human amulet for Hwon...

She asks if she can really trust that child to be the human amulet, and he assures her.

Next part.

Some Shaman comes into the room where wol is, and wol is puzzled asking what's happening and all.

The woman calls 2 other shaman in to grab hold of her..

Wol says that she wants to see Nokyoung regarding all these, but the woman does not approve...

Woon reports to Hwon that Wol does not stay at that place anymore..

Hwon:"No wonder, she must really have been a ghost."

Hwon then says that its fine like that, that they'll never be able to meet again, and he will not think of her anymore.

HS comes in with the royal doctor...

The royal doctor pours him a cup of tea... saying it will be of good to him and all.

He thinks of what wol said to him that day, and gulps down the cup of tea.

Meanwhile, wol is being bathed by the 2 other shaman...

They dress her up and the shaman puts a blindfold to cover her eyes.

Meanwhile, Hwon is sleeping with Woon by his side.

Woon leaves the room and looks up at the moon.

He sees a girl being escorted in with her face covered.

The man(ordered by empress dowager) brings her in, saying shes a shaman.

Woon removes the cloth covering her face, and wanted to take the blindfold off as well, but is stopped by the man.

He escorts her in and she sits down next to hwon's bed.

The guy removes Wol's blindfold, and she sits there.

She looks at him, and suddenly feels emotional... and reaches out to touch his head...

Woon sees all of these...

Hwon starts to cry in his sleep, calling Yeonwoo's name...

Wol puts her hand on his forehead with tears in her eyes...

Hwon suddenly smiles in his sleep, as he thinks back to the time where the 2 of them watched the performance he prepared for her together.

He continues smiling, and wol smiles as she sees him smile.

Woon witnesses all of this.

Scene changes to YM, who is lying on the bed with a bandage on his head as he was still bleeding. He opens his eyes and imagines Wol in front of him.

It ends up being Yeom in front of him, asking him if his fine and if he remembers what had happened...

He goes back into an unconscious state.

Wol leaves the King's palace and as she walks away she looks at the palace, having an attraction to the place.

The guy brings her away back to the room she came from.

Next morning, Hwon wakes up feeling much better.

He asked if anyone came in the night and HS says that a human amulet came.

Hwon says the human amulet is good as he feels much better.

Hwon walks on the corridor, and even greets the palace maids saying the breakfast was good, and he ate it well.

Hwon is having a meeting with the ministers again, and reads something, and laughs heartily. All the minister laughs with him, but he suddenly stops laughing and gives a smirk.

He asks about the matters of the cases of citizens in need of help, and the ministers explains...

He pretends he was fine with the explanation, then orders one citizen to come in, and the citizen explains the situation he is in.

It has to do with one of the ministers, but the minister looks at him, giving him a stern warning that he should not reveal anything...

Hwon looks at the citizens hands which has all his skin dried and peeling.

(No idea what's happening about the gov matters)

Scene changes, and Minister Yoon is bribing the citizen over the whole matter, gives him a whole bunch of coins, and sends him away.

The citizen walks through the forest quickly, but senses that someone is following him.

true enough, to guy fully dressed in black with masks appears.

They were about to kill him, but woon appears and stops them hurting them instead.

Woon goes back to Hwon telling him what happened, and Hwon says he has done well.

Hwon and Woon discuss something...

(No idea, must be about Yoon and the other ministers)

He asks Woon about his opinion... and tells Woon more of the plans?... and then drinks his tea.

The ministers are having a meeting again among themselves having wine and snacks together...

Il Woo in a fighting scene!  Poor prince Myung... he got hit in the head... while Wol is taken back to the palace... Ga In bathing scene! This time without those undergarment clothes.

Next part

One of the guy that got hurt by woon earlier, comes in saying that someone distrupted their plan.

Minister Yoon is angry, and takes his sword and kills the guy.

Queen dowager hears that Hwon's condition is better after having the Human amulet.

She is amazed that within one night, his condition got much better.

Wol is in her room, and she thinks of Hwon saying Yeonwoo, and thinks what does this all mean..

She thinks, what kind of person is Yeonwoo.. and what she must have meant to him.

Queen dowager comes to see her, however the shaman incharge of Wol stops her from going to see Wol.

Nokyoung comes out and explains that Queen dowager must not see her and goes on her knees.

Nokyoung and Queen dowager talks in a room.

Nokyoung talks about Wol and all...

And then later, Queen dowager asks about why she left and never returned for so many years.

She explains about her having to kill Yeonwoo with her powers and that she needed to recover as it needed alot of her strength.

Then Queen dowager asks if after this, will they be able to get a prince..

Nokyoung says yes its possible, but says some condition...

and was saying it loud enough, so that the shaman outside can hear.

The queen dowager still says she wants to see Wol, but Nokyoung says cannot, and she explains why, saying that Queen dowager cannot see Wol until the whole month is over...

Seol and Janshil meets wol, and seol worriedly asks if everything was okay with her...

They both felt apologetic to her, and then janshil starts crying saying she was sorry.

Nokyoung comes in and shouts Janshil and seols name.

Seol says they will go out now and that they can talk.

Nokyoung and Wol is left in the room.

2 shamans outside is gossiping about Wol, and seol and chanshil sees.

Janshil gets angry and almost scolded them, and seol explains that Wol is actually very nice, and tells them to treat her nicely.

Nokyoung and Wol are talking.

Nokyoung does not want Wol to stay and be by the kings side anymore, and wants her to leave.

But wol says its only for one month, and shes fine with staying...

However, Nokyoung told her sternly saying, didn't i tell you to avoid people you do not know...

Wol starts to feel sorry, and nokyoung sits down slowly on the floor.

She starts to explain to Wol, even if you're by his side, you cannot meet him and all.

Nokyoung says, even as i say all these, yous till want to do this?

Wol tells her that even if i'm there, i will never let him know of my existence, and he'll never notice.

Nokyoung looks at her helplessly.

Scene changes to Yeom's mum and Minhwa doing embroidery together.

Minhwa asks what Yeom's mum is thinking, she says nothing.

Minhwa tells her to look at her embroidery and asks her about it..

Yeom's mum mistaken her embroidery as something else, and minhwa is disappointed in her ownself.

Minhwa talks about her and Yeom, and mother says she will help them and all.

Minhwa goes to his room, to find him not there.

He appears behind her...

and shes shocked.

He asks why she's here, and she first says, its because of her brother..

She then is disappointed and says why does she always have to have a reason to see him.

She says its because she misses him.

She asks for a hug, and hugs him.

Minhwa talks about them... tonight...

but Yeom says that YM is coming...

and true enough YM comes in while they are hugging, and MH notices, and says she hates him!

He says its alright, and that he didn't see anything.

YM says its time for him to leave but minhwa reluctantly says he should only go when he has recovered.

Hwon is exercising in his room, doing pushups.

HS is trying to stop him, but he doesnt stop.

Last part

They talk and all, and Hwon says his disappointed in HS and all.

HS starts to cry...

Hwon says, what you're crying?

And HS starts to say that he only wishes that Hwon will remain healthy and all..

Hwon softens down and sits down, telling HS that he can leave now.

He drinks his tea, saying it was burning hot, sending all the palace maids to bring it out.

Leaving him alone with HS, and they smiled at each other.(LOVE THEM!!!^^)

Wol is sent to the King's quarters again, and greets Woon outside.

She goes in, sitting by his side...

She says in her heart, asking if he was fine today, and if his healthy...

She looks at him and smiles.

Hwon is, again smiling in his sleep... Thinking back to his times about Yeonwoo.

He thinks of the lettuce, the times he confessed to Yeom that he likes Yeonwoo, the cherry blossom fall of him and Yeonwoo, and when he played soccer with the rest.

He continues smiling in his sleep, and Wol just sits by his side, smiling as she looks at him.

Dad by there, Hwon's condition gets better, and as he walks to the palace, he emits a "bright" light to all the palace maids.

The maids says his such an art piece.

They starts talking, about how the king smiled at them and all and Queen bokyeong hears from a far..

She looks angrily and walks away,

and says that Hwon, has never, not once ever did that to her.

She gets angry and all, then Minister Yoon sees her.

They talk in a room. Yoon is being stern with her angry, telling her not to cause any problems i think.

He asks her if she understands, and she says yes....

Bokyeong tells Yoon to call her mother into the palace, as she misses her mother.

Minister Yoon is walking in the palace, and meets Hwon.

They talk, and Hwon is being sarcastic again.

Regarding the whole citizen thing.

Hwon says he received the present well..

Yoon thinks back of the guy he just killed and all.

They continue to talk(not sure), and Hwon say he should anticipate it.

Hwon walks away.

Hwon sits in his room, and then suddenly touches his forhead, remembering that someone touched his forehead.

Woon asks if anything is the problem, he says no.

The royal doctor comes in and brings him the tea to drink again.

Hwon drinks it, but starts to cough.

He continues to drink up the tea.

Scene changes to Nokyoung walking in a room.

She starts to feel dizzy and senses something.

Wol is sitting by Hwons's side again, talking to him in her heart...

She puts her hand on his forehead again, then flashes of their childhood memories goes through her head, she puts her hand away, but Hwon opens his eyes, and holds her and pushes her to his bed.

"who are you!? Tell me right now, why are you here!"

Ep ends. OMG MY HEART IS BEATING SO FAST OMG OMG.

Minhwa and Yeom were so cute in this episode... she missed him so she hugged him, but they were interrupted by Myung again.. hehehe
