Not sure if any Chingus is with me on this....but I think probably not because I think I'm mad, hahaha! You see, every time I see the scene when Lee Shin hugs Gyu Won backstage after the performance ends and Gyu Won was crying.... my mind goes seriously delulu and gives it my own interpretation instead.
(I tried to put gif like @JenniferG but epic failure, so now I edit this post without gif)

Why? Well, SH said in Heartstrings video commentary that she was so overwhelmed by feelings that she started crying uncontrollably when filming this scene. She said that Gyu Won was singing backstage alone although she should have been the one standing on stage....in other words, she should have been the rightful one, but instead someone took her place away from her.....so, my delulu mind interprets it this way:

Lee Shin: Even though you didn't stand on that stage, you are the most important actress of my life.
(My POV) Yong Hwa: Even though you didn't act in that variety show with me, you are in reality the most important actress of my life.

p.s: actually, come to think of it, there are some truths in my POV....you see, she is the most viable candidate to be the most important actress of his life - She is BFF, she was twice his female lead, she was with him during the many important times in his life, he shared his many "first time" with her. And I might as well throw in the last point - his mum definitely approves of her! Ok, delulu off.....it's just a show.....bye.....
