Upcoming musical 'Chess' is not about your ordinary chess game. It's filled with betrayal, ambition, and very dramatic moments at least according to the newly released promotional videos!

The above video is the second official spot video, which teases us with glimpses of 2AM's Jo Kwon, SHINee's Key, B1A4's CNU, and VIXX's Ken, looking very determined and fine in suits!

B1A4 Confirmed to Join the Rush of Summer Comebacks

According to an exclusive report by OSEN, B1A4 is gearing up to join the rush of summer comebacks!

On June 30, music industry insiders are said to have revealed that the members of B1A4 will be making their return as a full group this coming August. They are said to be in the middle of song production for the comeback.

This will be the group’s first comeback in about a year since the release of their mini album “Solo Day” in July of last year. Since then, the members have focused on individual promotions.

For now, the comeback time frame is set for early to mid-August. Jinyoung, who is currently appearing in MBC’s “Warm and Cozy,” will be concentrating solely on song production for the comeback as soon as filming wraps up. It is highly likely that the title track for their upcoming comeback will be a song made by the members, as they have previously done.

On June 30, a representative of B1A4′s agency shared, “They are in the middle of preparations with the goal of making a comeback in August. The members are currently participating in the final stages of production. The title track has already been decided. It is a song composed by leader Jinyoung. They have yet to film the music video.”

B1A4’s Baro and Sandeul Reportedly Cast in New Web Drama

It has been reported that B1A4 members Baro and Sandeul have both been cast in an upcoming web drama!

According to an exclusive report by OBS, various broadcast officials have revealed that Baro and Sandeul will be acting in a web drama titled “Loss:Time:Life,” which is set to premiere around the middle of July.

“Loss:Time:Life” is based on the popular original Japanese production by the same name, which first aired in February of 2008. It is an omnibus drama that tells the story of people who earn ‘lost time’ just before dying. The characters tackle the difficult question, “If there is something you could do right before you die, what would you do?”

It is also reported that Lee Il Hwa, Jung Won Joong, and Oh My Girl’s Seunghee will be acting alongside the B1A4 members.

B1A4 Surprises Fans With Upcoming “B1A4 Festival” in Addition to Comeback

On July 2, B1A4 uploaded two posters onto their official homepage and SNS account foreshadowing their comeback.

The poster is titled “B1A4 COMEBACK FESTIVAL” and says, “#You’ll be surprised, BANAs be excited, GONG-CHAN-SIK EXHIBITION, BANA TALENT SHOW, PICNIC WITH B1A4, Final Parade: B1A4 ADVENTURE 2015.”

The other poster titled “B1A4 COMEBACK BANA PACKING LIST” says, “The B1A4 COMEBACK FESTIVAL is a way of celebrating the day of B1A4′s comeback all the way to our final stage in the future with you BANAs. Before you enjoy a festival filled with a great line-up, you have to pack, right?” and starts listing some things that participants will need.

With this announcement, B1A4 will be coming back to their fans after their last promotion last July with their mini-album “SOLO DAY.” In the meantime, the members have been busy starring in dramas, musicals, and variety shows.

B1A4′s agency WM Entertainment states, “B1A4 is finally making a comeback after one year. We put a lot of effort into the outdoor concert, as well as their new album. There is also a surprise event for B1A4 fans who have waited for so long. The members are currently working hard to perfect their comeback. Fans can definitely look forward to the “B1A4 Festival” because we are doing our best to prepare for it.”

Meanwhile, B1A4 will be making their comeback in August.

Song Jae Lim and Yoon Bak to Join ′Home Cooked Meal′

interesting Park Jung Chul and Baro will be leaving Home Cooked Meal, Baek Teacher, and Song Jae Lim and Yoon Bak will be joining.

A producer from tvN′s Home Cooked Meal, Baek Teacher stated on August 3, "Original members Park Jung Chul and Son Ho Jun, as well as special student of three weeks, B1A4′s Baro will be leaving, while actors Song Jae Lim and Yoon Bak have been newly added. New members Song Jae Lim and Yoon Bak will begin recording for Home Cooked Meal, Baek Teacher on August 7, and the second phase of Home Cooked Meal, Baek Teacher with the new members will begin airing on August 25."

The producer continued, "Park Jung Chul, who was recognized for his superb skills, will be dismissed from Baek Teacher′s kitchen and even received a special gift from Baek Teacher during his last recording." 

"In Baro′s case, he was cast as a three-week special student from the beginning and will leave the program in time for B1A4′s comeback."

On the new members, the producer said, "Song Jae Lim and Yoon Bak have posted photos of food they cooked themselves on SNS, and we cast them because they are interested in cooking. They both have high expectations for Baek Teacher′s classes and cooking. It will also be entertaining to see the generational differences in points of view bwtween Yoon Sang-Kim Gura and Song Jae Lim-Yoon Bak. 

"This isn′t the end of the program for first phase students Park Jung Chul, Son Ho Jun and special student Baro," concluded the producer. "We′re also considering inviting graduates back in the future for a ′Home Cooked Meal′ battle."

VIXX’s Ken, BEAST’s Yoseob, B1A4′s Sandeul, Baek Ah Yeon, and More Cast in “Cinderella” Musical

The cast for the first Korean production of Rodgers and Hammerstein‘s musical “Cinderella” has been finalized, to the squeals of multiple fandoms.

On August 5, the character trailer for “Cinderella” was released, featuring BEAST‘s Yang Yoseob, VIXX‘s Ken, B1A4‘s Sandeul, and Uhm Ki Joon in the role of Prince Christopher, and Younha, Baek Ah Yeon, Ahn Si Ha, and Seo Hyun Jin as Cinderella. Kahi and Jung Dan Young will play stepsister Gabrielle, and Park Jin Woo will play Jean-Michel, the renegade with whom Gabrielle falls in love.

Im Eun Young will play the other stepsister Charlotte, and Lee Kyung Mi will take on stepmother Madame.

Musical actors Kim Beob Rae and Jang Dae Woong will depict Sebastian, and Hwang Lee Gun will grace the stage as Lord Pinkleton.

Meanwhile, “Cinderella” is slated to premiere on September 12 and run until November 12.

B1A4 6TH ALBUM 'Sweet Girl' Pre-listening

They should label it as mini album though. I surprised to see it 6th album. Some songs are great and I need few times to listen full tracks to get the feel.
