Oh...my.... Kim Hee Sun looks absolutely adorable and pretty when she was young. I don't know about the plastic surgery but her looks before is exactly she is now. Only that she looks more mature now and a little bit skinny, especially in 'Smile Again'. So I don't think she went under the knife though. Whoever says she's fake or has plastic surgery, take a look and be honest.

I ordered and watched many old series of KHS and she's just the same. I recognize her right away. I'm so glad. KHS is such a nature beauty.

She's been in showbiz since teenager. But she managed to finish school and college. I respect and admire her even more.

Awwww....wow, KHS looked sooo cute when she was young. Yeah, I heard she started showbiz in the early 90s. Those 93 pix of her are really really pretty. So she was 16 then eh?

There's no way she went through plastic surgery unless she did it when she was like 10, although I highly doubt it since she prob didn't have money then. So KHS has always looked the way she does!

No, I've not seen her early 90s series. I would love too but I can't find any. I've been hunting all KHS's series and movies for months and the earliest I could collect is around '96 or so. Series like "Far and Far Away Nation", "Forever Yours" or "Propose"... were they early in '96 or '97, I'm not very sure.

I love her with normal, natural photos than the ones with all the photoshop touched like the ad flyers. Of course, KHS looks very pretty and flawless on those. I'm wondering how her parents look like. LOL, because she's so perfect

Yes, I totally support this idea. I love it when she dresses up because she looks absolutely gorgeous in those wardrobes. She looks so pretty after she regains her sight in "Sad Sonata" and in "My Fair Lady". Her wardrobes are so nice and she has a very nice figure to fit in those.

I love this movie so much and I watch it for countless times already. I only wish both main characters had more romantic scenes together. Eventhough, I still feel their love to each other. It's a good movie
