배우 이종석이 서울 신사동 카페 '89맨션' 건물을 팔아 약20억원의 시세 차익을 남긴 것으로 알려졌다. 

21일 한 매체에 따르면 이종석은 신사동 소재 '89맨션' 건물을 매입 4년 만에 되팔아 20억 5000만원의 시세 차익을 남겼다. 해당 건물은 이종석이 지난 2016년 낡은 주택을 매입 후 리모델링 해 브런치 카페로 운영해오던 곳이다. 

이에 대해 이종석의 소속사 측은 이날 뉴스1에 "부동산 관련 문제는 사생활이라 확인이 어렵다"고 밝혔다. 

이종석은 지난해 3월부터 사회복무요원으로 복무 중이다. 그는 중학생 때 당한 교통사고로 십자인대가 파열돼 대체 복무 요원 판정을 받은 것으로 알려졌다. 

한편 이종석은 2010년 드라마 '검사 프린세스'를 통해 배우로 데뷔했다. 이어 드라마 '시크릿가든' '학교2013'으로 얼굴을 알렸고 '너의 목소리가 들려' '닥터 이방인' '피노키오' '더블유'(W) '당신이 잠든 사이에' 등을 히트시켰다. 군 복무 전 마지막 작품은 tvN 주말드라마 '로맨스는 별책부록'이다.

this article says jongsuk is selling 89 mansion's building, he bought it for 3.9 billion won in 2016 and he sold it for 5.9 billion won, he approximately earned more than 2 billion won from this.

I'm sad about the cafe being sold. It's really, truly over. Stupid coronavirus!  On the positive side, the new house looks great! He's someone who always finds a way around obstacles and is always looking forward, though. So I think there are good things in the future to look forward to. I'm interested to see what he does next once he's out of the army.

Lee Jong Suk was reported to have recently bought a villa at the luxurious apartment complex Nine One Hannam. Other reported tenants here include G-Dragon, Ju Ji Hoon among other high profile celebrities.The house he bought costs 5billion won + security deposit of 4.5 billion won.
