again ... i am saying ... i am now a PBY/sukkie couple fan!!  i love love love them ... really liked one photo that had both of them with eyes close! hahahaha! so cute ... and i've noticed that PBY is literally glowing these days!!  she looks so comfortable with sukkie ... and sukkie is more attentive to her now.  oh! how i wish that there will be more projects between the two!!

i was reading through some of the translated interviews of sukkie ... and i noticed that he said "...if i fall in love again.." wow! did i miss something or ... am i thinking that what i am thinking is that person ... and that its ...over??!! hahahaha!  which i really doubt ... hahahaha!!

OMG! sukkie has fanboys?! why am i not surprise?! hahahahaha!!  it would be hard to believe that sukkie has no fanboys  ... he is just too cute!!  and i am happy that there are fanboys!!  i hope i get to meet one here ...because it would be fun to read what they think about our sukkie!!  and i wanna hear their voice here!! hahahaha!!

sukkie is looking so good in all his press con ... i love love love everything that he wore to it ... the attires are all so manly ... and he looked truly masculine!  not that the other clothings he wears aren't okay?! hahahaha!  just that these are more my idea of a sexy, manly look! hahaha!

well ... i hope to hear more news on sukkie's next project ... its like i am being held in limbo with no sight of ground anywhere!  though i think that it would be more on dramas ...since he has already said that he won't do any films that he feels he will not learn from!!  hopefully he will look at dramas this way too!!  chose your projects well sukkie!!  and if its 'dr. stranger' ... good luck! aja! aja!

‘피 끓는 청춘’ 이종석, 능글맞고 구성진 사투리 연기 ‘호평’

이종석이 사투리 연기로 호평받고 있다.

지난 22일 개봉된 영화 ‘피 끓는 청춘’에서 이종석은 처음으로 사투리 연기를 완벽하게 소화해 뜨거운 반응을 얻고 있다.

‘피 끓는 청춘’에서 이종석이 연기하는 중길은 극 중 홍성농고 전설의 카사노바로 한 번 찍은 여자는 절대 놓치는 법이 없는 마성의 카사노바 캐릭터이다.

이에 이종석은 충청도 사투리의 늘어지는 말투와 특유의 억양을 능글맞고 자연스럽게 소화해 첫 사투리 연기가 아니라고 느껴질 만큼 새로운 모습을 보인 것.

또한 이종석은 충청도 사투리를 자유자재로 구사하며 익살스럽고 코믹하게 소화해내 흥행성뿐만 아니라 연기력까지 갖춘 배우임을 다시 한 번 입증하며 관객들의 이목을 집중시키고 있다.

한편 ‘피 끓는 청춘’은 1980년대를 배경으로 충남 홍성을 주름잡는 ‘일진 청춘’들의 이야기와 청소년들의 피가 끓는 열정을 가감 없이 그린 영화로 지난 22일 개봉돼 현재 100만 관객 돌파를 앞두고 있다

  망가질 대로 망가졌다. 팬티만 입고 거울 앞에서 춤을 추질 않나, 화려한 손놀림(?)으로 여학생들을 홀리는 '바람둥이' 남학생이라니…. 지난해 드라마 '너의 목소리가 들려'로 '국민 연하남'이 됐던 배우 이종석(25)은 너무도 변한 모습으로 팬들을 찾고 있다. 그의 말마따나 연기자에게 변신이라는 말을 붙이는 건 이상하긴 하지만 그래도 이건 좀 심했다 싶을 정도다.
  
  

  지난 22일 개봉한 영화 '피끓는 청춘'(감독 이연우). 이종석의 새로운 모습이 제대로 웃음을 전하는 작품이다. 영화는 1982년 충청도를 배경으로 한 농촌 학생들의 로맨스를 담았다. 의리의 여자 '일진' 영숙(박보영), 소녀 떼를 사로잡은 '전설의 카사노바' 중길(이종석), '청순가련 종결자' 서울 전학생 소희(이세영), 누구도 막을 수 없는 홍성 공고 '싸움짱' 광식(김영광)의 청춘의 운명을 뒤바꾼 드라마틱한 사건이 관객을 웃기고 울린다.
  
  

  이종석은 "솔직히 조금 겁나긴 했다. 부담스럽기도 했다"고 털어놓았다. 하지만 "한편으로는 '더 망가져야지!'라는 생각도 했는데, 막상 영화가 나온 걸 보니 '더 망가졌어도 됐는데, 조금 더 오버할 걸'이라는 생각을 했다"고 아쉬워했다.
  
  "몰랐는데 제 말투가 느리대요. 충청도 사투리와 어울린다더라고요. 사실 전 촬영하고 모니터하며 반성하고 공부하는 스타일로 연기해 왔어요. 그런데 감독님이 방목형이라서 디테일한 지시를 해주지 않아 처음에는 답답했죠. 나중에 적응되니 오히려 편해지더라고요. 입에서 나오는 대로 연기하니 자연스럽게 적응이 됐어요. 감독님과 (박)보영씨가 충청도 출신이라서 도움도 많이 받았고요.(웃음)" 극 중 중길의 능글맞은 연애 기술은 본인의 생각일까? 이종석은 "철저히 감독님 생각이다. 과거에 그러셨던 같다"고 짐작하며 웃었다. "지금은 제가 때가 타서 그런지는 몰라도, 그 시대에는 순수한 감정이 컸던 것 같아요. 솔직히 지금의 저는 중길처럼은 할 수 없잖아요. 시도해봤자 문자 정도나 하겠죠 뭐. 그래도 '그 당시에는 가능했겠다'는 생각을 해요. 아버지가 그 시대에 학교를 다니셨는데 재밌게 봤다고 하시더라고요. 어른들은 공감하며 볼 수 있겠다는 생각을 했어요." 이종석은 '피끓는 청춘'의 참여가 자신의 필모그래피에 "꼭 한 번 필요했던 것"이라고 자랑스러워했다. 스펙트럼을 넓히는 기회라고 생각했기 때문이다. "제가 강동원 선배를 엄청나게 좋아해요. TV 속 강동원처럼 될 수 없을까라는 생각을 하고 연기자가 되고 싶다는 마음을 먹었죠. 강동원 선배 필모그래피 중에 영화 '그녀를 믿지 마세요'라는 작품이 있는데 강동원이라는 이미지와 안 어울렸다고 생각했어요. 그런데 배우는 이런 장르도 소화할 수 있는 거구나 생각하게 됐죠. 저한테도 '피끓는 청춘'이 그런 작품이 됐으면 좋겠어요."
  
  

  이종석은 지난 연말 신체검사를 받았다. 아직 입대는 먼 얘기지만 '피끓는 청춘' 참여가 입대 전 어떤 도전의 의미도 있지는 않을까? 이종석은 "그렇게까지 멀리 내다보지는 않았다"며 "배우로서 지나가는 길에 한 번쯤은 해봐야 하지 않을까 했던 것"이라고 강조했다.
  
  "솔직히 저한테는 어떤 '무기'가 없다는 생각이 들어요. 어떤 배우는 해외 시장에서 인기를 얻어 승부를 보기도 하고, 또 다른 사람은 어떤 이미지가 있는데 저한테는 뚜렷한 게 없는 것 같거든요. 그런 생각에 이것저것 시도해보는 것 같아요. 궁극적인 목표는 '배우'인데 사실 지금 제 행보는 객관적으로 보자면 '스타'의 길이잖아요. 뭐가 맞는지는 모르겠지만 시행착오를 겪어보자는 생각이에요. 어떤 분이 '작품 하나 터지고 난 뒤 세, 네 개는 말아 먹어봐야 진짜 작품 보는 눈이 생긴다'고 하시더라고요.(웃음)"
  
  

  '피끓는 청춘'을 통해 호흡을 맞춘 박보영에 대해서는 "솔직히 귀여울 줄 알았는데 당차고 똑 부러지더라"며 "'너목들'에서 10살 차이 나는 이보영 누나와 호흡을 맞추다가 어린 친구와 연기해야 해서 친해지려고 장난도 쳤는데 잘 받아주지 않더라. 그게 반감을 산 것 같다. 촬영 때보다 영화 홍보하러 같이 다니면서 친해졌다"고 웃었다.

Movie "Boiling Youth" attracted over 150,000 audiences on the day it premiered, ranking the second place on box office. The other two movies that premiered on the same day, "Miss Granny (also known as Suspicious Woman)" and "When A Man Loves," failed to attract as many audiences as "Boiling Youth" did.

According to the survey conducted on January 23, 2014, "Boiling Youth" attracted 156,864 audiences on January 22, 2014, the day the film premiered. This record showed higher number of audiences than those for the movie "Miss Granny (also known as Suspicious Woman)," which ended at 142,604 audiences, and "When A Man Loves," at 98,542. The accumulated number of audiences for the movie "Boiling Youth" is 165,430 to date.

"Boiling Youth" is a romantic movie based in the rural city in Choong Chung Do in 1982. Park Bo Young plays the female local bully, Lee Jong Suk plays the legendary Casanova who took the hearts of many local girls, Lee Sae Young plays the transfer student from Seoul, and Kim Young Guang plays the high school student who is known for his street fighting skills.

"Boiling Youth" premiered on January 23, 2014.
