Jung Seok Won Signs with C-JeS Entertainment

Starting fresh in a new nest, Jung Seok Won has signed with C-JeS Entertainment.

C-JeS Entertainment announced the news on April 16, saying, “Jung Seok Won has become a part of our family. We will be doing all that we can to help Jung Seok Won, who has continuously worked hard on a number of diverse projects since his debut, expand his acting. Please continue to look over Jung Seok Won with much interest as he walks with C-JeS Entertainment.”
Jung Seok Won was recently involved in a conflict with his previous company, but signed with C-JeS Entertainment after everything was sorted out. 
Jung Seok Won, who debuted in 2007, will be joining JYJ, Choi Min Sik, Lee Jung Jae, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Bum Soo, Kang Hye Jung, Gummy, and more at C-JeS Entertainment

'Mr. Back' To Premiere November 5

'Mr. Back' is about 70-year old Choi Go Bongwho has money, status, and reputation. Through an incident, he becomes a 30-year old man and is able to try his hand at true love. This fantasy romantic comedy starts November 5.

Jung Suk Won Raises Anticipation With His Appearance

[by Sora Ghim] Actor Jung Suk Won brought curiosity to his character on the first episode of new MBC drama ‘Mr. Back.’ 
‘Mr. Back’ premiered on November 5 starring Shin Ha Kyun as the CEO Choi Go Bong and Jung Suk Won as his subordinate Jung Yi Gun. Jung Suk Won displayed the flawless character of an employee in the short screen time he had.
Viewers first see him handing and discussing the documents regarding Choi Go Bong’s inheritance with the upmost professionalism. However, as soon as CEO Choi is gone, Jung Yi Gun turns to the secretary Hong Ji Yoon (Park Ye Jin), who is always looking out for the CEO’s only son, asking, “Money? Honor? Status? Or is there another hidden motive?” surprising the audience with his change in manner. Along with his unexpected character, his pulls off the suit flawlessly, pulling attention toward his well-built figure. 
Jung Yi Gun is a character who started from the bottom with nothing, working his way to the top and becoming a director in his thirties. He is someone who received the utmost confidence from Choi Go Bong. In addition, he has the looks, the manner, and the talent, becoming a complete foil to Choi Go Bong’s immature song, Choi Dae Han. It is foreshadowed that Jung Yi Gun is aiming to take over the company.

Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won Celebrate Their Two Year Wedding Anniversary

On June 3, Baek Ji Young uploaded photos onto her personal Instagram of herself enjoying a quiet date with husband Jung Suk Won on their two year wedding anniversary.

The singer, who is known for her laid-back and unpretentious personality, warmly expresses her gratitude to her 99/100 husband on their special day, “Yesterday 6/2 a day with great~~ weather ^^ It was our wedding anniversary ^^ We went to Seongbuk-dong to eat some healthy food~~ Thanks honey for taking me to #NoNameRestaurant *^^* What’s the hype around #weddinganniversaries anyways?? It’s enough that we’re just a little bit happier than other days~~”

Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won, 8 weeks pregnant, concert cancelled

Singer Baek Ji-young is pregnant. It has been 8 weeks and her husband and actor Jeong Seok-won is thrilled about it.

The couple got married in 2013 and got pregnant the same year but unfortunately she had a miscarriage.

Therefore, Baek Ji-young's nationwide concert which started in August in Busan has been cancelled.

Baek Ji-young apparently wanted to continue with the concert but her agency decided her well-being came first.

Her upcoming concert in Ilsan on the 22nd is being cancelled and refunds will be made to those who have purchased tickets.

Singer Baek Ji-young delivered her first child on Monday.

"Baek gave birth to a baby girl and both mother and baby are healthy," said Baek's management agency in a press release on Monday.

Baek married actor Jung Suk-won, who is nine years her junior, in June 2013.

She suffered a miscarriage the same year, so her health had been a particular concern during her recent pregnancy.

Baek Ji-young gives birth to a girl

Singer Baek Ji-young and Jung Suk-won, who have been married for four years, had their first child, a daughter yesterday. 

Ilgan Sports, an affiliate of the Korea JoongAng Daily, exclusively reported the news, saying that the mother and the child are both in healthy condition.

Multiple sources told Ilgan Sports that Baek gave birth to the baby in a hospital located in Jung District, central Seoul. Her due date was on the 24th. 

Baek’s agency, Music Works, also confirmed the delivery of the baby to Ilgan Sports, saying, “Baek gave natural childbirth [yesterday]. Both the mother and child are in good condition, with the daughter weighing 3.5 kilograms.” 

Baek and Jung have nine years of age difference between them and got married in 2013. Baek had a miscarriage that year. 

She uploaded a post on her Instagram account last October reporting news of her pregnancy, which read, “Dangkongee [a baby nickname] is growing well. I pray for anyone who has gone through the same pain as me, and for the ones who are currently pregnant as well.”
