2. Joo Won

I loved him in Tomorrow's Cantabile and in Steal My Heart. From his roles in those two productions, I even fell for Joo Won! He has this on-screen charm that is so inviting. It would probably be impossible for him to turn a fan down if she asked him on a date.

Joo Won got real about filming kiss scenes. 

On the June 14 broadcast of MBC′s Section TV, cameras caught up with Joo Won at his fan signing. 

When asked if he ever develops real feelings for his costars, Joo Won said, "Actresses are exceptionally beautiful and Ghost, in particular, had a lot of kiss scenes. You can′t not develop feelings, but because I did it so much, it got dull" with a laugh.

Joo Won recently held fan meetings in Japan and Thailand.

Joo Won first made a name for himself when he played the angsty, hatred filled character in 'Baker King, Kim Tak Goo,' gaining immense popularity and bringing even more love to the drama, yet he was not the drama's first choice for the role?

 

He sat down for an interview with MBC's 'Section TV' recently where Park Seul Giasked, "I heard that during 'Baker King, Kim Tak Goo,' everybody except the writer was against you being cast."

 

 

Joo Won replied, "At the time, the writer asked the actors who came for the audition, 'Will you be able to play this role well?'  Then, the other actors were a bit hesitant, but I, without hesitating for even a second, replied, 'Yes.'  I think [the writer] looked at that favorably."

 

It's all about the confidence!

I think it's just a stye?

I don't know why the pirate look though.  Unless he's got some topical antibiotic or something to put on it, which seems kind of odd.  I would say it's just a compress, which is the usual treatment (in my experience), but that's tape, and tape plus wet doesn't make sense either.

what's in there? i've never listened to dramabeans' podcast. summarize it here~

 

dramabeans' ladies quite like Joowon's acting talent. i dont know if they like him as a person, but they acknowledge his talent though they may not like some of his projects. i read in a comment section that one of the ladies defend Joowon's acting for comedy-genre based on Fashion King movie.

June 29th 2014 marks the final Ghost performance. One of the best musicals i've ever watched. Ghost gives me so much memories! The first time i see Joowon in person, the first time i watch just how perfect his acting skills are, watched quite a number of his performances, discovered great talents, almost 3 weeks of stalking Joowon in korea, and most importantly, the joy i had meeting friends on the trip.

Tears and happiness, i cherish every moment i had. Because of Ghost musical, i had the chance to experience several wonderful moments such as fansigning and press release.

 

Great memories are made

Happy for the chance to see Joowon

Outstanding vocal and acting ability

Such memorable experiences

i feel like re-watching Level 7 Civil Servant. last time I watched it coz of 2pm's Chansung, then only i discovered that the main lead is quite a good actor. but now, i want to watch it because of Joowon.
