There is a typo in that article @stearly about the musical. It says it will be in the time slot of Jang Ok Jung. That drama is in SBS. It will be after Shark.

Joo Won and Ivy Cast in Musical

Korean actor Joo Won and singer Ivy have been cast in a musical, the musical’s promoter said on Friday.

Seensee Company said through a press release that the two talents

were cast in musical “Ghost” which is an adaptation of Demi Moore and

Patrick Swayze’s romance film “Ghost” (1990).

The cast will start practicing after the Korean Thanksgiving holidays

in mid-September and the show will run from November 24 to June of next

year at the D-cube Art Center in Seoul, the firm added.

Joo Won, who will take on the role of Sam, will be returning to the

musical stage for the first time in three years since musical “Spring

Awakening” in 2010 while Ivy, who will take the role of Molly, most

recently played Roxy Hart for musical “Chicago” last November and “Kiss

Me Kate” in 2010.

Meanwhile, Joo Won will turn into a genius doctor in KBS’s new

medical drama tentatively titled “Green Scalpel,” set to premiere on

August 5, which will take over the Monday and Tuesday prime time slot of

current historical drama “Jang Ok Jeong.”

Ivy will come back to the local music scene with her second

mini-album “INTERVIEW PART. 2″ next Thursday and will appear on Mnet’s

“M! CountDown” the same night.
