A short account:

When Joo Won appeared, the crowd screamed. There were about 50 fans who were there to welcome him. Joo Won wanted to approach the fans but was stopped by the guards. The banner dropped and Joo Won bent down and wanted to pick it up but was stopped by the guards. As he walked on, he saw the bear and pointed to it. However, the fan could not pass it directly to him as a member of the team took it instead.
