GAH!
ok so its really weird

i have one curve on my right side but a very little curve on my left T.T..

i dont know if its because of my scoliosis

but its really starting to bug me

does anyone have the same problem?

and is the other curve going to appear?

I have it, too.

Don't worry, our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical, it's really nothing to freak out over. If you want to, you can work on your obliques (sides) by doing twists. You can do 10 on the side that's more curved and maybe 15-20 on the side that's not as curved so they can be more aligned.

haha same :P i thought it was because i used my hula-hoop (the one with bumps,, for toning) too much on one side ^^;

try using those hula-hoops for 10 mins (or more) for each side/direction. it does work :)

try yoga like someone said above..i think theres a special move where you cross your legs or something to fix that problem =)

yep i have it too. but i have big hip. so i'm just wandering, does big hip make her curve seem unequal?
